This hotel was a godsend for us in a city where we felt unsafe. This hotel had comfortable beds, good showers and toiletries and helpful staff. The food was great considering we didn’t want to go out on the unsafe streets of Nairobi. It’s a bit sad that the beautiful forests and animal habitats require passing through dangerous human city habitats, but that’s what’s needed to tick off that safari from your bucket list.

Hotel is clean and beautiful, beds comfortable .Rose staff was wonderful. TV, wifi and hot water in my room did not work.

There was no hot water running, staff explained only after i complained. The bathroom drainage kept overflowing, couldn't stand and shower without stepping in the overflowing water, not hygienic, the smell too not good. Reported severely nothing was done.

Quality hotel at good price conveniently located for both airports

Good place to stay in Nairobi. Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good WifI and excellent breakfast.
