Check in staff could have been a little friendlier and helpful, but the room was spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows. Attended a concert at Interlochen and hotel was not too far away.

Very close to food, shopping and downtown TC. Hotel is new and I was very pleased to see the rooms were not carpeted 🙌 Gives me a sense of cleanliness!

Our 4-night stay was comfortable. Conveniently located for our exploring the full Grand Traverse area, including the Leelanau Peninsula. Be aware that Hilton’s Tru concept hotels have rather minimalist room decor. The bed was comfortable.

It was just a quick stop while touring the state. The hotel was fine and served its purpose. Breakfast wasn't good, but everything else was fine.

Very bad service

The air conditioner was loud and disturbing, but everything else was excellent.

It was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly.

Bed is a firm bed. 4 pillows to choose from. There is a fridge but it’s small. Did have very noisy upstairs neighbors seemed to be constantly moving furniture at midnight for anbout ann hour. And people in the hall from 12-1:30 am. Probably drunk. So that was annoying.
