Nice flat with walking distance to local town centre and few restaurants. Very clean, had number 4 on the ground floor and great outside space for breakfast or sun lounges on the rooftop. But also had some issues with dampness and needed aircon and dehumidifier switched on all the time. No extraxtor / ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen area contributed to that too. Great communication and even had some food for breakfast left by the host! Overall very pleasant and experience in the quiet secluded town, quick drive away from all key attractions like Las Palmas and Maspalomas.

Un joli établissement mais le logement 4 ne dispose pas de fenêtre dans la pièce de vie. À éviter si vous êtes un peu claustrophobe ! C’était un peu humide, le fait d’être en sous sol. Aucune possibilité de de parking sur place.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The room was delightful with a luxury bathroom. Excellent advice from the owner on how to access the building sent by Whatsapp shortly before your arrival date. There are lots of goodies provided to snack on and drink. Excellent WIfi. If you're driving, be aware that you may not be able to park right next to Casa Verde.

I spent one night at Casa Verde and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. There was sufficient outside space. The room was most comfortable and well stocked. The communication before my arrival was excellent as there was no reception. I look forward to returning.

Zwei wirklich herzliche Gastgeber, bei Problemen erfolgt die Klärung schnell und unkompliziert in gutem Englisch über Whatsapp oder Telefon! Bei Empfang standen eine Flasche Wein und andere leckere Snacks bereit, perfekt für unser Frühstück am nächsten Tag! Auch ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster waren in der Ausstattung inbegriffen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Apartment!

Huone oli siisti ja nykyaikainen. Yhteydenpito oli ystävällistä ja aktiivista jo hyvissä ajoin ennen saapumistamme. Jäi tunne, että vieraista välitetään todella ja kellonaikaan katsomatta voi olla yhteydessä tarvittaessa. Aamulla omistaja auttoi kantamaan matkatavaramme alas ja ehdotti myös, että soittaisi meille taksin. Upea palvelu ja ihanalla miljööllä oleva huoneisto! Täällä olisi varmasti viihtynyt pidempään.

Casa Verde was perfection! We really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location in the centre of Gran Canaria. Extremely comfortable beds. Air conditioning and wifi was very good. Marek is an exceptional host who provided many great recommendations. I would not stay anywhere else in Gran Canaria.
