Excellent stay. It is a very clean hotel and room and the bed was really comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The metro is 4 minutes away but we walked to most attractions we wanted to see. There are lots of restaurants and two grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Établissement qui paye pas de mine de l’extérieur mais appartement très bien pour un séjour dans une ville comme Madrid. Très bien placé dans Madrid. On peut tout faire à pied pour les visites du centre ville. Très bien pour un court séjour.

Hôtel très bien situé, à environ 20-30 minutes de marche de presque toutes les attractions. À 2 minutes du métro Tribunal et juste à côté d’une épicerie. Cuisinette et vaisselle disponible. Personnel très courtois. Le seul petit hic est l’insonorisation, on entend les autres chambres, le couloir et à l’extérieur. Malgré ça, j’ai bien aimé cet hôtel et j’y retournerais.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff

This was a very nice property. Everything was updated and clean. My only note would be to alert people that you need to walk up a flight of stairs to access the elevators. Not a problem for me, but it could be an issue for those with mobility issues or with heavy baggage.

Personnel aimable. Bien situé pour se promener dans Madrid. Mais très bruyant, aucune isolation phonique, difficile de dormir. Lit fait tous les jours et WC nettoyé, mais l'aspirateur n'était pas passé et les surfaces étaient poussiéreuses dès le début du séjour. Kitchenette réduite au strict minimum, pas possible de faire de la cuisine, petit-déjeuner seulement.

Hébergement très bien situé au coeur de Madrid. Directement à l'entrée du métro Tribunal et proche à pied du quartier de la chueca et de la gran via. Un très bon moment en famille dans une chambre familiale avec kitchenette. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Tudo ótimo menos pelo Box de banho. A água sai e molha o banheiro todo.

Me encantó este hotel. Está muy cerca del metro y muy accesible caminando hacia la gran vía. Tiene un supermercado muy proximo al hotel. La vista de nuestra habitación era muy linda.
