A clean, quiet hotel, passed its payday. Our room was a little old fashioned, but scrupulously clean, bed very comfortable with a good clean shower and toilet. The hotel goes not offer food and a lot of the common areas are unused and not illuminated. Helpful staff and free parking. About 7 minutes walk to the winter gardens/pier

Shower had tempermental dial amd couldnt get the temperature correct water was boiling or cold not in the middle. We paid our booking then when arrived try to charge extra for damage feea that were not in terms and conditions of booking . Pillows were syper flat and uncomfy room was awfully cold

Room dirty carpet badly stained and in need of a good hoover. Windows so dirty unable to see out.

Parking very limited, stayed in room 14 but had frosted windows above the door which let the light from outside in. Doors were hinged doors so had to be slammed to shut. Quite noisy at times of the night. Was a budget stay so didn’t expect the ritz but the room was adequate

Value for money. A cheap and cheerful place to sleep after a day at the beach. Basic, but it had everything we needed.

This hotel is so dated, poorly kept, and not cleaned to a satisfactory level. We had dirty sheets and dirty coffee cups in the room. The guy on reception was very friendly, it has a good location and free parking, but unfortunate that’s not enough to make me want to return!

Well where do i start. This hotel needs a good makeover or even shut down. The guy that checked us in was lovely 😍. It advertised it has a lift and both were broken we were on top floor and with breathing difficulties we struggled. Rooms are awful old carpets, mold on shower curtain, no wardrobe only hanging space on a rail that was wobbly, sink was in room, old furniture, the only thing that was nice was the comfortable bed but even this was small. Hotels.Com i recommend you taking this hotel off your site as it will make the company to look bad. Hotel is like fawlty towers never will we stay here again too far out from town too

Room was ok but dated bed was uncomfortable as i could feel the springs sticking into my back the entire night and when trying to get hot water out of the shower the water was only dripping out

Absolutely awful hotel was not friendly was not clean it felt unsafe the moment you walked in very run down rooms Didn’t lock car parking wasn’t great 0 out 10 would not recommend

It’s 100% the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in disgusting couldn’t have a shower for 2 days in the hotel had to shower at work …. How you can sell this place on your web site to be fair is embarrassing and the property needs a serious look at £250 for 2 rooms I wouldn’t let a dog sleep in there

Internet did not work at all, despite troubleshooting. Room had acceptable cleanliness standard. Location good, staff very good.

Did not stay as room was old and smelt. Staff nice. We left after 5mins.

First impressions are important. The exterior of this hotel is like a horror movie. Inside the theme continues. It's very dated. But if you like quirky seaside hotels then this place is for you. I think someone was smoking in their room because I could smell cigarette smoke. My room had a farty odour. I can't really complain for the price I paid. It was close to a nice Nepalese restaurant and also a convenient store. And is close to the seafront too but a fair way from the town and amusements.

I would have given below one star if that was an option! This hotel is very filthy and I would not recommend it.

Nothing special. Looked nice on photos but the lounge/entrance not very welcoming. Room was small, dated but adequate to sleep.
