The room bas very small and uncomfortable

Comfortable kingsize bed.

Large spacious room with a fantastic view of the palace. Breakfast had great choices and the hotel generally had a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

Really nice modern room. Convenient location and my daughter loved the pool. The people were lovely. Thank you very much.

Cool & hip place to stay. Excellent location. Good buffet breakfast and friendly service. Only improvement I would suggest is to have better light in the bathroom. Impossible to do make up.

Todo genial, tanto las instalaciones como el personal ha estado impecable. La única pega es que la zona del lavabo tenía muy poca luz y no te veías a la hora de peinarte o maquillarte, aún así nos ha encantado.

Spend Christmas week here and totally loved it! The location is amazing, the price for the room was reasonable, and the amenities (cafe, restaurant, gym, etc.) were great! I would definitely stay here again!

C est un concept mais avoir le lavabo dans l’entree et le wc et la douche ensemble dans C est très bof Pas de rangement fermé une simple étagère Sinon la chambre double Executive et grande Le personnel adorable mais je n’ai pas apprécié de remplir ma fiche client en arrivant parce que j avais voyagé toute la journée et j aurai aimé un accueil plus simple La situation de l’hôtel n’est pas dans un quartier sympa Rien a proximité immédiate

This place is essentially a very overpriced hostel. The room was tiny for the price and they charge you more the longer you stay so it’s a variable rate which is misleading. You can hear everything around you, specifically the person living above me using the toilet…The A/C didn’t work so I can’t imagine being there in summer. The only redeeming quality is the location. You are a 10-20 minute walk from everything in Madrid. I wouldn’t recommend this place for this price.

The hotel is amazing! Staff very kind and very good breakfast. The hotel position is very confortable because it's located 3 mins walk from Principe Pio Metro Station and 10 mins from Plaza de Espana.

O hotel é muito confortável e tem um ambiente vibrante, diverso e acolhedor. As instalações são ótimas e o seu staff é todo comprometido com o bem estar dos hóspedes. A localização é excelente! Distância a da região central de Madri e a poucos passos da estação Proncipe Pio, que conta ainda com um shopping incrível (com lojas e grande praça de alimentação).
