All good, very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The facilities are outstanding, and the breakfast was great. The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp.

Superb stay, amazing hotel with great staff, food and service. Perfect location as well. 5 star rating without a doubt

LOCATION !!! The hotel is amazing, the location is perfect. We reserved two beds and they were a little bit small but nothing really very important, it is that we are used to bigger beds

Amazing hotel

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly. Service was excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable, what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Only downside was the location - ground floor next to the main road, so a bit noisy in the night with traffic driving over cobbled road.

Fantastic location, super elegant, comfortable, very clean. The rooms are extremely special with furniture with attention to detail and truly original. The hotel is located in the historic center and is a step away from the main places of interest. Honorable mention to the breakfast, unsurpassed

Excellent breakfast, staff and beautiful room

My only complaint with this hotel is their slow draining shower; flooded the bathroom which I had to mitigate after a long day of travel. I called front desk and told them about it. Sent a nice lady with 2 towels. That’s all the fix we have got. Good thing it was only 2 nights, so I decided to just use up all the towels and bathrobes to deal with the bathroom flooding. Not what i expected to experience in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything else acceptable.

Staff and service top notch. Didn’t really feel safe exploring at night not a whole lot to do in the late evening. But as fir service absolutely excellent

A beautiful Property and probably one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in for a city hotel. Conveniently situated for dining options and historic buildings. I stayed in a ground floor King with very high ceilings, which was really well equipped and immaculate. Staff friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was there for business but would definitely return for a weekend break.

The Hotel Verte is a fantastic hotel, great location, very chic, and very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and we had a wonderful stay in Warsaw!
