The hotel was a perfect stay for our family of 6. It was in a great location and was very close to convenience stores and grocery stores. The staff was more than helpful and we felt very comfortable at this location. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Family loved the trip. Plus love that the dryer washer works and pajamas given meant less clothes washed on our long adventure. Will stay again. Oh the Mimaru to Mimaru luggage same day delivery is so good.

Family trip (4 adults, 1 baby). 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Great location that was central for trips around Tokyo. Staff is amazing. Would stay again and will be staying at Osaka location later this same trip.

They have 2 bedroom suites that could accommodate 6 persons and has washer/dryer in the suite. Good location, 5 minutes walk to train stations, plenty of options for dinner and lunch. Some cool activities for kids at the lobby. They dont provide snack or any other afternoon snacks, but they provide sake testing each night.

Great accommodations for families

Room was pristine and spacious, quiet and perfect for families. Close to Tokyo station and family mart next store perfect for stocking up on water/quick food options. Highly recommend for families.

I cannot describe the way that Mimaru suites treated us on our Japan trip I was very nervous traveling to Japan because of the language barrier. Right when we arrived at the hotel, they made us feel like at home. They need your names and they were very friendly with me and my family. We are a family of six with four kids. And they treated us like royalty..

This hotel is conveniently located & spacious for Tokyo standards. However it comes with minimal cleaning, uncomfortable bed & beddings. We had a huge cockroach in our sink one morning. I am

Perfect room space for a long family stay. Great neighborhood to wander and eat and shop and close to trains. Would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Japan. Thank you!!

It was a very financial district so it wasn’t a very family friendly area and felt impersonal and not very welcoming.

Perfect location. Many restaurants and small grocery store providing all what you need, near by.

We had a terrific time at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is located in a quiet area that is a 2 min walk to the metro station.

Great location. Quiet area, very close to subway. Room and staff were fantastic. Loved that you could decorate your room with pictures and some furnishings.
