Clean, large and great location

Excellent support and apartament. We will retorn soon.

Nice and clean, also a good location! Overall a very pleasant stay. The only con was that the walls were quite thin, so the apartment was rather cold and traffic sounds were loud.

An area map might make it more accommodating but that is really it.

Rigtig god plads med højt til loftet. Virkelig gode senge. Dejligt selv at kunne lukke sig ud og ind med kode til døren. God service med bagage-rum på afrejse dagen. God beliggenhed med rigtig mange spændende restauranter tæt på. Liverpool Steet Station lige rundt om hjørnet.

Great location, spacious rooms, well equipped and super clean and comfy!!

En virkelig fin lejlighed bagest i bygningen. Stille og med flot udsigt til The Gherkin. Super rent og pænt. Komfortable sovepladser, fuldt udstyret køkken. Masser af små hilsener fra Bob W, fx tebreve, ørepropper, oplader osv. Nem adgang til lejligheden med kode, nemt at checke ind og ud og nemt at kommunikere med Bob W. Super placering ift. offentlig transport osv.

The communication with Bob was exceptional with a quick turnaround in replies and a genuine desire to improve where possible. The apartment was clean with the exception of the cutlery. The kitchen was fully stocked with the most important basics. The underground and convenience store are close by. The apartment has quite a bit a noise from the busy street below which wasn't a surprise but should be taken into account if noise is a problem. Overall a quite enjoyable stay.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the non-functional wifi which was an inconvenience. Everything else was great.

Area was very noisy with multiple sirens from police and ambulance throughout the day, but felt like especially at night. Had to leave small window open because it was very hot in London and there was no air conditioning. It was sweltering hot at night and difficult to sleep. Washer has dryer setting but couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Clean, close by 2 subway stations, liked two levels and kitchen area.
