We originally felt the stay was going well. However, when we returned home we found someone on staff had defecated in some of our dirty clothes, (of which we had stored in separate bags from our clean clothes, needless to say, that kind of changed our opinion of the stay. The front desk staff was wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! In particular Jessyca from the front desk was Fantastic helping us out when our car service did not arrive on time. Will absolutely stay here again when back in Paris!

オペラ座から徒歩圏内 レセプションの人は、挨拶や笑顔が素敵な人が多く、英語で分かりやすく説明してくれました。 チェックインの時にウォーターサーバーのとトイレの場所を教えてくれたので、チェックインするまでの少しの間リラックス出来ました。

Friendly staff..compact but convenient rooms. Enabled early check in. The only issue was some loud celebration on the road at night..but is Paris so can live with that. Very conveniently located. Recommeded highly and would stay again.

I stayed 2 nights with my 2 children. The hotel is located next to the metro and tram stop. From the hotel you can easily reach the Montmartre area, the Louvre, the Notre Dame cathedral, we go there walking. The hotel staff is really helpful, polite, smiling, even the guys in the breakfast room (thanks Priscilla!) The rooms are spacious, clean, have an espresso machine, and tea. In the bathroom there are dispensers for soap, shampoo, and body cream. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, bus route outside will take you straight to Louvre, metro station right outside also. Room was what I expect from a chain hotel, decent size and clean. Breakfast options were good, decent tea, can ask for omlettes to be made, loads of choice to suit everyone. A bit loud due to bars across the street and being at a crossroads but unless you're a light sleeper it wouldn't bother you. Staff were all great. Would stay again.

Rigtig fin placering, og som sådan et ok hotel som jeg sagtens kunne booke igen...men et 4 stjernet hotel med et ultra lille værelse og hvor fugerne i badeværelset er væk og der er store "mug" pletter på væggen i badet. Så er ikke et 4 stjerners hotel efter mine begreber.

The hotel staff was friendly.

The elevator does not function correctly and we got stuck in the elevator on arrival. The staff helped but for the rest of the stay it worked unreliably. We reported it to the staff on checkout. It is safety issue which needs to be fixed.

Great location, breakfast was top tier. Excellent service.

It was clean, staff was very helpful, metro was right outside the door, plenty of places to eat within minutes walking. Only negative would be nowhere to park.
