Seaview room was lovely. Four poster bed, dressing gowns and veey comfortable bed. Fridge in room was very useful. We didn't try the breakfasts as we were visiting lots of family. Couldn't find usual TV channels but found the bionic woman, but that brought back memories. 😂 Great location.

We had 3 nights here, the room we were given, was very cramped, it had a super king bed which completely took over the room. The bathroom was ok however the toilet wasn't easy to sit on if you were over 5ft. The sheets and towels were lovely, but the place overall needed some tlc. The carpark was very good and also plenty of free on street parking if you couldn't get in the hotel carpark. I couldn't comment on the breakfast as we chose not to have one, but even though the hotel, I didn't see anyone in the dining room. We would stay again but only because it was very central to everything.

Staff were very friendly. Parking was a little tight, but there were spaces available even though I arrived early evening, which I was very thankful for.

The room and staff were so accommodating in all our requirements even when changing rooms so that we could stay longer, Everything was so thoughtful and to great attention.

We only stayed overnight and didn’t have breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the receptionist was friendly. We were in a ground floor room so didn’t see the upper parts of the hotel, I’m not sure an exceptional rating truly reflects this hotel as it really needs some maintenance. It was cheap so I think the price fairly reflected what we got.

Great stay, great value for money, quiet rooms, helpful staff

I have been staying at the Lemonfield for over 30 years through a few different owners. Each owner has made updates and rooms are now en-suite. One of the best features was the breakfast, but this now has a charge and I decided not to try it. The location is great, close to the sea( some rooms having a view) with local shops, pubs and cafes all within walking distance.

Good spot close to beach and some restaurants and shops (GOA Indian is Good) Clean etc.. Strange noise in the morning think it was someone running a bath for 15mins also had to ring to check-in and told key was behind plant pot.

More BnB than hotel. Clean and comfortable. No staff on site key left for access. Work well for me. Good nights sleep

The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. We had problems with hot water the first night. No one is posted at the front desk. So getting help is not convenient. I fully expected small rooms but the twin bedroom was tough with two woman sharing. The is little space to put luggage. The shower splashes onto the bathroom door and the effects of that over time are obvious. Luckily we were not there to enjoy the hotel. We were there only to sleep. If you want a place to relax and hang out, this hotel offers no sitting area or lounge.

The hotel is in a great location near the front.. Our room was small , but reflected the price we paid , , so very happy with it. we had a. Lovely full English breakfast on our first morning , could not fault it at all . We were made to feel welcome by the Hostess, No negatives to report . We will be back 👌
