D'abord, nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservées via Hotels.com. Il nous a été dit qu'il était impossible de nous changer de chambre la première nuit. Il n'y avait plus de place. En plus, les cartes de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Ça pris plusieurs minutes. Le lendemain, nous avons dû faire clairement comprendre au personne que nous n'avions pas eu le chambre affichée sur Hotels.com pour être changés de chambre pour aboutir dans ce que nous avions réellement réservé. Cette chambre était mieux, mais la finition était très rudimentaire. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel. Aussi le déjeuné n'était pas bon, manquait de café, peu de choix de nourriture, etc. Le stationnement est de l'autre côté de la rue, il faut donc ou traverser avec les valises, ou trouver une place dans le petit stationnement derrière l'hôtel. Arriver tôt et ne pas partir avec l'auto par la suite. En plus certains étages ne sont pas accessibles via l'ascenseur qui est vieux et petit. À plusieurs reprises, il n'y avait aucun employé à la réception durant la journée.

Close to a good chicken place - easy to get dinner. Dog friendly. Spacious breakfast room. Would have liked better quality apples and some yogurt too. Enjoyed the spacious room.

Staff was very nice and helpful. In general, a comfortable hotel.

Under construction- the location is a challenged with a downtown neighborhood. Th floors are offset so elevator access was not convenient. Looks better in the photos than it is.

Excellent shower, comfortable bed, lots of room for the cat. Highly recommend this unit (114) for your pet layover.

Room was clean and ok , the hallway carpet was dirty , windows on the outside really dirty, elevator dirty.

Moving across the country, had all my possessions in the vehicle. Local folks were drunk and to be honest kinda shady. Asked for a refund as I didn’t feel comfortable with staying there. They said no. I’m not getting a refund sadly as they said it was again their policy. Oh well, what can ya do. At least I still have all my stuff.

Clean room, otherwise the building was very dated, carpets filthy. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed here last year and the cleanliness and overall vibe of this location has taken a step backwards. Not sure what happened but I hope it improves.

room not clean, you can tell the shower hasn't been cleaned for a while, dark spot and soap residu on the side of the bath. corridors were dirty, a lot of debris on the floors at all 3 floors. hotel is located in a meth user area, we were approached twice by the meth heads for money. won't recommend ths place

Positives: The room was clean. Housekeeping didn't clean out the fridge so there were 4 beers waiting for me when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. Negatives (in chronological order): There was a dude in the parking lot going through the dumpster for "empties". There is almost no parking. Much less spots than a hotel of this size would need. The night auditor checking us in didn't seem to know what he was doing. The shower in the room couldn't hold itself up so I had to shower with one hand holding the shower head in place.

Good place to stop for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we liked that they had real plates, cutlery and cups. I feel that really cuts down on the garbage and we appreciate that.

Dirty, awkward layout to the room. Could barely enter or leave the room due to narrow entrance. Furniture was stained and small tv barely visible from bed

Nicely decorated, but that's it. Lobby, hallway and room was dirty. Bedding was stained and had hairs all over it, pillows had blood. So much hair and grim in the bathroom. Not a 3 Star Very disappointed and disgusting.
