Sehr bequemes Apartment mit praktischen Einrichtungen in toller Lage. Gute Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Gegend und Geschäfte In unmittelbarer Nähe. Kommunikation mit Betreibern unkompliziert, schnell und immer positiv. Leider fanden wir das Bett nicht ganz bequem (Federkernmatratze etwas hart und ziemlich beweglich) und die Rollladen haben einiges an Licht durchgelassen. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung in ruhigem Wohnviertel. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermärkte, Bars und Cafes in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend und erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Buena ubicación, metros Canal e Iglesias. Apartamento limpio, luminoso y tranquilo. Barrio con muchas opciones: Teatros Canal, restaurantes, cafés y supermercados. Buena comunicación con la oficina, respuestas rápidas.

La chambre était bien spacieuse, les draps doux et propres.

Very good location, safe, spacious, clean, nice view in the park, soundproof, very close to the metro and many amenities. The only thing that was greatly disappointing was the persistent, strong sewage odor of undetermined origin (not the bathroom). This would have made me leave the apartment immediately if my job did not require me to be away from early mornings until late at night. It was a real pity for such a beautiful place!

online bookin was excellent to understand . Room was fantastic clean and nice ,, just hot water was not much potential ,, hope it will be ok ( I reported ,,they responsed to fix soon) Great hosting system to contact people who can take care clients which is really nice , i want to come back again

Property is very well situated in a nice location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Madrid. Great place would highly recommend!

Awesome stay, clean, new and convenient

1. la veille de mon départ vers Madrid, je n'avais toujours pas reçu l'adresse de de mon logement. j'ai telephoné au moins 4 fois (ça me coûtera un pont car les attentes étaient longues) .j'ai eu des personnes en ligne pas du tout informées. Il y a même un qui m'a dit que j'avais l'appartement C3 mais il ne connaissait pas l'adresse! incroyable.j'ai donc pris l'avion sans savoir où j'allais loger. C'est donc dans l'aeroport que j' ai reçu les informations. Jamais eu une situation pareille.2) j'avais demandé un appartement avec balcon et non loin du centre. Il n' y avait pas de balcon et une demi heure de metro . je n'appelle pas ça près du centre. C'est dommage car l'appartement etait correct.

I was not allowed early check in because the previous guest were “still there”. However, I believe it was because the person who delivers the keys doesn’t arrive until check in time. However, I won’t ding them for that as the check in time is the check in time and that’s what I agreed to. The apartment itself was excellent. It has absolutely everything you need, even a washer and dryer. It was exceptional. The gate and door are a bit confusing to open after inputting the code but nothing too bad. Will definitely look to stay here again.

El apartamento está muy bien, pero necesita una puesta a punto, sobretodo las persianas, una no funcionaba y las otras muy viejas, de manivela.

Posizione dell'appartamento molto comoda e silenziosa. Appartamento molto luminoso e recentemente ristrutturato. Personale molto gentile e cordiale, unica pecca la pulizia che andrebbe curata di più.
