This works only for a cruise, lousy pillows, bed hard. Come late and leave early. We wished we would have just stayed in Rome and come in the morning. We hired these people as well to transfer 5 of us from Rome to the hotel, driver was 40 minutes late.

It was conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and it was exceptionally clean.

It was a great place to stay when going on a cruise ship as it is only a block away from the free shuttle buses that take you to the ships. It is also a short walk to downtown. The rooms are very modern and comfortable.

Pay attention to the incoming notifications from the hotel as to how to use the provided QR code to access the hotel and room. It is a good system as there usually isn’t someone at the front desk.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights after our cruise trip. This hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are shops and cafe nearby. I will definitely come back and stay there on my next vacation. E&E

Great location for the port and restaurants.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and bedding and very close to Largo della Pace where we picked up a shuttle to our Princess cruise--perfect! Also had some great pizza at a place recommended to us by Luca--All the employees greeted us and showed us to our room and how to work the AC and we felt quite welcomed! A small hotel but perfect before a cruise!

Newly renovated very comfortable room size, for couple with 3 checked in and 2 carry on baggages, friendly staff , very efficient A/C unite Restaurants near by hotel, we will definitely come back to stay here .

Very clean, close to many dining options. Danilo's was an excellent Cafe for an amazing italian breakfast. Cibus had awesome quality and selections for dinner.

The property was clean and comfortable! A real no nonsense hotel~Thomas was awesome…definitely use him for a ride to the cruise terminal.

The room was spotless. It was a relief to be staying close to the cruise port the night before our cruise. We took advantage of the hotel van transport to our ship. Excellent stay.

The staff at HSC is absolutely the BEST! From the moment we arrived, Thomas (General Manager) and Luka (Night Manager) made us feel completely welcome. Thomas personally walked us to our room and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Later that evening, Luka came by to adjust our heat and even went above and beyond—personally walking us to a nearby restaurant that was still open and making sure we were taken care of. If you’re staying overnight before a cruise, I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. They offer a luxury shuttle service directly to the port, and our driver was thoughtful, friendly, and professional. A truly exceptional stay—five stars all the way! 🌟
