Bathroom not clean.

We got in late, but the staff was sharp and on top of things. Check in went smoothly and the staff were very kind. Our room was nice and clean, and even though there is lots of construction near by, it was nice and quiet at night.

The staff was excellent as was our room.

Be aware they will need a card to put a $50 hold at check in and parking is $15 each night

Great quick stay for Beyonce concert! All the staff helped to make it an experience and complimentary shuttle was awesome!

Check-in was smooth, quick, and welcoming thanks to her. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for a great stay. Big thanks to Joshelle for starting our trip off on such a positive note. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Stayed 2 nights, the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was awesome with so many choices having both hot and cold choices. Each morning, there was different hot choices to choose from.

Very clean and very new, very convenient if going to a concert at NRG stadium. Close to Rice and medical center.

Awesome! Definitely will stay here again if I visit the area. Super recommended! Easy to driving around because it was not in downtown but closed to many places.

Didn’t get into my room until midnight. Check in was at 3. Had to go into a friends room to shower. We were going to see a concert. At 530pm it was still not ready. We had dinner reservations. Never got a call telling me my room was ready. Finally got back to the hotel at midnight and was able to check in. Then when I got in the shower no hot water. Lukewarm at best.

Perfect spot for a girls trip. 7th floor rooftop pool/bar and free breakfast! Will stay again.

Beautiful, modern hotel with a good complimentary breakfast and great staff. Nice outdoor pool but it could use a cleaning.
