Excellent locations

Très bonne adresse, le bâtiment et le logement sont impeccables, la situation géographique est optimale pour visiter la ville à pied. Sinon de nombreux transports sont à proximité immédiate du bâtiment. Un centre commercial est à environ 50m et le restaurant Le Louvre situé juste en face, est excellent à un tarif raisonnable et abordable pour tous. Petit plus, une machine à laver et sèche linge se trouvant au 2 ème étage sont mis gratuitement à disposition. La ligne de métro à l' arrivée et au départ de l' aéroport se trouve à environ 5-7 minutes à pied. L' aéroport est à 30-35 minutes de transports (bus 59) et métro, compris. Un seul ticket au tarif de 1,60 euros pour le trajet. Je recommande sans hésitation

Everything is great, the place is clean and modern, the location is convenient, rapid response, except there was a serious foul smell when the bathroom heater was turned on. If you can live without a heater, I’d recommend you to stay here

Ottima struttura per visitare il centro di Praga. Camere nuovissime e super spaziose, davvero consigliata

Nous sommes arrivés sans personne à l’accueil, plantés devant la porte parce que nous n’avions pas eu le mail pour nous enregistrer et obtenir les codes d’accès. Première nuit? Alarme incendie à 2:10 digne des films sur la guerre froide, personne n’est intervenu pendant 30 longues minutes !!!!! Avec un bébé magnifique. Aucune isolation phonique, l’emplacement est top mais il est très difficile de dormir dans ce bruit.

The room had a noticeable and unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke.

The apartments were situated right by the metro and tram station but also super close to all the sights. We had an issue with our toilet when we arrived and got moved to a different apartment quickly. Unfortunately the mattresses were too firm for our liking and we didn't get great sleep because of that. The water pressure is low and the bathroom sink is just built weird so it accumulates a lot of water quickly. Besides that everything was super clean and tidy. The AC was modern and great. Mini fridge is great.

Fantastisk läge, bra rum och bekvämligheter. Det som tog ner upplevelsen en aning var att det renoverades i byggnaden under natten, vilken genererade obefintlig med sömn under en natt.

Poor stay, waited for one hour in reception as no one was there. Also no one from Hotels.com passed on the information for check in…. Terrible

Very high price with very poor service！Not even a desk for working！No breakfast delivery as reserved！Very bad wifi on the 3rd floor and nobody fixed it！Yes， there is robot on whatsapp 24/7 as advertised， but none of the problem was solved！！！No cleaning during a week！Terrible hotel， no second stay！

Rummen är fräscha och fina. Vi fick först ett rum högst upp, jättefint rum men det va över 30 grader i rummet och ingen ventilation. Fick förklarat att hotellet va inställt på vintertid och ac och ventilationen inte var igång då. Jobbigt när det är 25 grader ute och vi har solen rakt in i rummet genom takfönstret. Kunde inte byta rum första natten, så fick sova med öppna fönster i ett jättevarmt rum med extremt dålig luft och ett väldigt högljutt liv utanför. Dagen efter blev vi uppgraderade till ett deluxe rum utan extra kostnad, där ventilation och ac fungerade utmärkt?!? Vi fick även en del återbetald av första natten. I det nya rummet kunde vi njuta av vår helg i Prag. Så förutom strulet så är vi jättenöjda med hotellet, det är jättecentralt, nära till allt, fina rum, rent och fräscht. Skulle absolut boka igen. Det som är bökigt om nåt strular är att det inte är någon bemanning på hotellet, utan du får chatta med personal på ett kontor i Tyskland som sedan måste skicka ut maintenance personal för att fixa. Allt på hotellet är app eller pinkod-styrt. Vilket är smidigt, men bökigt när nåt är fel.
