Clean, practical, close to train/bus station (6min walk)

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we were out on a tour. Cesar went above and beyond to arrange for our breakfast and ride very early in the morning. Recommend this place.

Property has no escalator, good luck if you stay on the 5 th floor. Beds and furniture was flimsy. We stayed here 3 nights, looks like a well maintained property but pictures are duping

A good economic opportunity

There’s no hot water in the sink. Room is not cleaned at all, we found dead spider in the bath tub. Very terrible condition, we couldn’t stay.

Good location for most things. Beds were too firm for me. Coffee is great. Breakfast is good. Shower sucked. Folks were nice. It's clean. They didn't speak English, but hey. It's their country so I don't expect them to.

DEBERÍAN PONER LETREROS EN LAS HABITACIONES DONDE DIGA QUE DEBE HABER RESPETO A LOS OTROS QUE ESTÁN DESCANSANDO NO HACIENDO RUIDO , ME TOCO OÍR QUE LLEGARON DE FIESTA EN LA MADRUGADA Y EN EL LOBI PLATICANDO COMO SI ESTUVIERAN EN EL JARDÍN DE SU CASA , AL OTRO DÍA SALIERON OTROS HUESPED A LAS 4 AM Y LA MISMA SITUACIÓN HACÍAN MÁS RUIDO QUE UNOS LOROS

Tiene mucho ruido, y los empleados a la 6:00 comienzan hablar y no paran de hablar, mas el ruufo del timbre de la puerta es muy molesto, todas la noche suena el timbre, deberian darle una llave a los huéspedes oara entrar, de esa manera no se tocaría ese timbre asi de molesto.

Hotel was very cold - staffs were very kind and helpful.

Excellent staff, very helpful and extremely kind. It can get very noisy and you can hear everything from the rooms, but that has nothing to do with the hotel staff. Rooms are very clean.

Necesitan adecuar un elevador, y el horario del desayuno es muy limitado.

No hay secadora de cabello y la persona de recepción cierra la puerta no se puede entrar o salir y se pierde. Felicitaciones a la chica del restaurante

This was my worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. Not only is there no hot water but the room itself was freezing cold. We were all very cold despite bundling up with several layers. The room had a broken portable heater that didn’t turn on. We asked reception and they said they wish they had another one but couldn’t not help. They promised us extra blankets but never brought them. We spoke to another guest and she was also freezing cold. Please avoid this property. It should not be listed on Expedia at all. We had to find another hotel that same night and they ended up having to pay a night despite us not even staying there!! We even had a message from the hotel about a full reimbursement and they still charged a night.
