Meget slidt og ikke særlig rent hotel. Mest brugt til pakistanske/indiske familiefester og bryllupper. Placering i forhold til Windsor/ Eton er fin. Butikker og takeaway mad 5 minutter væk.

The photo of the hotel on websites is wrong - that building is now a restaurant. We inadvertently managed to get into a wrong room with our key. Sorted that out with reception and moved to our "deluxe room". It took housekeeping over 20 minutes to move our cases from one room to another. The suite was large enough but needs to have lots of minor repairs to make it deluxe. The bath was large but had a very high side to step over to use the shower. Standing in the bath for a shower was slippery underfoot so potentially a slip hazard. Unable to turn off the heating even though it was 28 degrees outside. The wooden window frames all need to be replaced. Window openings were a challenge. We did have a good night's sleep in the bed as there was less noise both inside and outside than usual in a hotel. WiFi was fine, but no live tv so we missed the England football match. No breakfast available. Plenty of room for parking available. Easy access to Slough and area. The whole fabric of the building needs a lot of work to be done on it. We will not be staying here again as too much improvement needs to be done to the place.

No duvet on arrival, dirty rooms, moody arrogent staff, spiders everywhere, smelt, the mattress was just springs digging into us all night, worst night's sleep ever

This is a poor low budget hotel. Not fully an hotel but probably a stay in place for those using their event centre. The wardrobe is broken and has been in use since a million years. Well, I didn't stay in my room for long because I was attending an event in Slough. I only came back at 1 am, slept for few hours and checked out. Although, the bed was comfortable. Rate: 2/10

I have a better room compare with last March visit, cleaner in the room overall.

Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music

Parking was free, room dirty, walls covered in marks, toilet seat not attached, had to ask for a kettle twice, cheap thin mattress, smart TV which did work, generally the place is very run down. They sell soft drinks at reception but that's about it. This is not a 4 star hotel.

The room’s condition was not good , floor and walls must be refurbished.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and what truly keeps me coming back is the staff. Their friendliness, professionalism, and i specially thanks to miss Avon ,she is very helpful..

Disappointed. Room shabby, No bedside cabinets, reading lights. Only one widow with broken blind, outlook another building separated only by a narrow gap full of rubbish. Only Asian food on offer. No over sink light. The staff were polite and pleasant but we will not be returning to this property.

I didn’t come by car because the parking cost a fortune but the gates were closed for my Uber driver when I arrived. Room was not all clean and the TV had no working remotes. Some of the power sockets were broken and yes the staff asked me for ID and payment for a booking that I had already paid for which they then amended. Food not terrible but hygiene standards poor, took ages to arrive and it cost a fortune. I had to ask for a keycard several times for the room because it kept on not working and locking me out all the time. Views and scenery are nice but fake astroturfing and flowers not needed. Defiantly a 1 star but trying to be a 2 star Hotel. Glad they sorted the bedbugs out from the list of terrible reviews they’ve had.

Ideal for a cheap and quiet place if all you want to do is sleep.

Many available parking space, staff in night shift is excellent, room is warm. The room is a bit small, a not smell very good inside the room. Not daily cleaning the room

see my review for Baylis House Hotel which is the same hotel. It is old run down hotel. I stay there because it is cheap and I just need a bed for the night. It is a 2 star hotel. 1 star for having a hot shower and 1 star for having wifi.
