Staff was overall nice, cleaning and maintenance of rooms needs to be greatly improved.

Upon check out , they were rude rushing me out of the room i asked for extension they refused, i found cockroach in the drawers , the pool has lemons all over which looks unpleasant and unhygienic giving that the pool is small, also it is a waste of lemons

Staff were good. At night, the receptionist upon my arrival appeared to be graciously multitasking. A good hotel puts 2 receptionists all the time. Inside the room, strong paint color, dust on the floor, scale not working, sink not draining adequately. Also, would be nice to have snacks in the fridge which was empty. So I had to go to a nearby market to buy a few snacks at 2 am because the restaurant at the hotel was shut. Also, windows from.outside looked so dirty. Overall you get the vibe that this place is run down.

Absolutely 5 star service from security concierge housekeeping and the breakfast team.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Transport links are very good and is very walkable to Souq Waqif etc. I would love to stay here again!
