Clean safe and walkable

Property and hotel were well maintained and the staff was always friendly,polite and helpful

close to Union station, really nice hotel and space, great attentive staff. theres a hotel fee-something like $30 additional per night, comes with water though.

the overall experience in DC was great, got to the hotel late in the evening and the front desk personal was amazing and kind. we didn't have a plan but the location of the holel made our journey much easier to get around.

Great hotel and location was perfect very close to Union Station. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well.

Rooms were clean and good size. Restaurant in the lobby was perfect for breakfast. This hotel is the perfect location to everything. You can easily catch the metro that’s up the street to any place you want to go.

The room was BEAUTIFUL. Everything was modern, clean, and very stylish. The food was also very good, surprised me. Would come back for sure!

Ok here it goes: 1) hotel is clean 2) they are HIDDEN FEES.when you book, they say breakfast includes. Well, this is NOT the case . What they don’t tell you is that the hotel only covers you for 30 dollars on an expensive breakfast menu. The rest you have to pay . Nobody tell this to you ( including Expedia ) 3) there was a rude receptionist at the checkout who made our experience a sad one . 4) the manager -Jamal- was very professional and great.
