Beautiful room and welcome package of wine and slippers, calming relaxing location with spectacular view from restaurant. Self parking available as well as courtesy transfer into old town Chania. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Sutterängbyggnad som ligger högt upp i Chania med fantastisk utsikt över hela chaniabukten. Jättestor pool tillräckligt djup för dyk från kant. Bästa hotellfrukosten vi någonsin haft utomlands. Helt i klass med topphotell i Sveriges. Sköna sängkläder.

The entire hotel aesthetics frln the room and restuarant to the hallways. Staff are very friendly and the shuttle service provided was class.

Después de 4 noches, la última tuve que cambiar de habitación. Al entrar en ellas, vi que era una cueva, sin luz, es una parte trasera que aunque tenga patio, hay un muro que no sabes ni que hora es de lo oscura que es, no entra ni un rallo de sol, y los coches o clientes de arriba te ven si estas en el patio, por lo que tienes que tener la cortina tirada todo el dia para preservar la intimidad. Después de gastarme un dineral en las noches anteriores, fui a recepción para preguntar si podrían cambiarme a una planta superior y no parecer un oso en una cueva, y la respuesta de la recepcionista y de la supervisora fue que estaban llenos y que lo sentían.... ante mi insistencia, apareció un milagro, habían habitaciones libres, ¨fue un milagro¨ claro,........ pero teniendo que pagar un suplemento. La queja es por poca empatía, la mentida de las dos chicas al decirme que estaban llenos, pero luego ya no, que habían libres previo pago, y después de gastar tanto dinero en los 4 dias, fueran incapaces de ayudarme y darme ese placer. No pedía la suite ni vistas al mar, pero algo con mas claridad. Solo fue este dia 16 de octubre por la tarde, porque el resto de dias, tanto el recepcionista de la mañana y tarde fueron excelentes. No recomiendo este hotel si os dan estas habitaciones, son verdaderas cuevas, y tampoco la falta de simpatía y predisposición de ayudar de dichas chicas que trabajaron el 16 de octubre por la tarde. Espero la dirección tome medidas. Gracias LLUIS

L hôtel offre une magnifique vue sur La Canée. Café et thé dans la chambre, prêt de serviette . Le restaurant est très bon et pas très cher. Le point fort est sa navette qui vous amène et vous ramène du centre ville.

I’m reluctant to leave a fabulous review as everyone will want to go there! It was our 4th visit to the hotel & it never fails to deliver on excellence, the staff are amazingly friendly & professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. The food in the restaurant is superb & the views over to the ocean are stunning, the nightly sunsets are priceless, love it there.

A extremely clean rooms, beautiful views, upgrade to city view was definitely worth it. The hotel is too far to walk to town if that’s something that’s important for you probably choose elsewhere. However the shuttle busses are very easy and reliable. We used them every evening

Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was perfect. The room with the sea view and balcony was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The Hill restaurant, where we ate breakfast each day, had a stunning view overlooking the old port and the sea, and was a delight to sit at each morning. The breakfast choice and quality was probably the best we’ve ever experienced. The pool was great with that brilliant view and plenty of chairs and sunbeds to choose from. All the staff were so friendly and good natured it made the stay perfect. The reception staff were always happy, willing to help, full of information and again probably the best we’ve come across. The hotel provides a shuttle mini bus to transport the guests to and from the town of Chania. We definitely recommend the Royal Sun Hotel if you are visiting Chania.

Meest vriendelijke personeel en het hotel heeft een fantastische ligging. Schone, mooie kamers en een heerlijk ontbijt met mooi uitzicht. Geweldig uitzicht vanaf het restaurant op de bovenste verdieping. Ook het gratis vervoer naar en terug van het stadscentrum is perfect.

All the staff were super helpful and nice, enjoyed their free shuttle to Chania, well situated and quiet. Would highly recommend staying here, Maria at front desk is amazing!

Très bon séjour dans un super cadre : piscine, salle de fitness et vue du restaurant. Salle de bain un peu petite et manque d'insonorisation. Le service de la navette est pratique.
