The Craft House had a modern and welcoming feel about it, and was meticulously clean and well decorated. Although our room was quite small (it was labelled as the "cosy room") it still had everything we needed and was very comfortable as we were only staying for one night. I imagine there are larger rooms also available. Room had a lot of electrical sockets so easy for hair drying, charging etc. Bathroom was roomy and shower was spacious with lots of hot water. Only suggestion would to be to convert one or two sockets to be USB charging points. Although we didn't have time to take advantage of it there was a small lounge and bar just off the reception area. Great location - within 100 yards of Plymouth Hoe and about 10 minutes walk to the Barbican Area. Its on street parking so we got lucky with a space just outside but seemed to be spaces further up the street also. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a really lovely stay at The Craft House. The room and particularly the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were so lovely! Highly recommended!

Staff were really helpful and kind. Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotless and linens were high-quality and pristine. Bed was comfy, and some nice touches like local treats and toiletries. The breakfast was really good quality and reasonably priced. Biggest downside is that the room was cramped— we were on a several-day trip, so it was hard to manage our large suitcases in the space. Would have also helped to have some more hooks or something to hang clothes and towels from. Overall, would definitely stay here again, though might shell out for a larger room.

We were just up for the one night for the music on Plymouth Hoe. It was literally a 10 minute walk from The Hoe which was handy because the weather was horrendous. We were greeted at the door by Ian and Twigs. The guest house is immaculately decorated and I was impressed as soon as I walked in through the door. We booked a cosy double which for the one night was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and spotless. The shower was quite possibly the best shower I've had in any hotel I've stayed in. On checking out we had a brief chat with Ian and Suzy (and Twigs) who were really friendly and obviously worked really hard to maintain such a wonderful guesthouse. I would highly recommend staying there and we'd definitely go back.

Very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make my stay perfect. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

The owners are very nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and it seemed nothing was too much bother for them to help. Help me a great deal and would definitely go again.
