Nice little get away with lots to do!

Great property for an amazing price. I didn't get a chance to check out the Rec center but the townhouse was amazing. Cheaper than a lot of the hotels in the area and bigger. The only thing i wish was different was they would allow pets. Other than that, this might be my new go to.

The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place.

there was some kind of motor for a water pump running the entire time including all night that was very disturbing and loud next to the property. And due to the time period there was no one available to contact about it.

We will not stay at this place ever again and hotels.com should remove this listing immediately. The water smelled like sewage. After bringing this up to the rental office, they advised the units sit for a while and they would drain the hot water tank. With that, it would take several hours for the water to heat back up. We had just tracked 6 hours from an area that was out of power for four days, so this was super inconvenient. There was a loud generator/pump two units down that kept us up all night. Could not enjoy balcony due to noise. The bathrooms were molded in the showers, toilets old with stains, beds had hairs that were not ours. The place wreaked. The beds had cheap sheets and were not comfortable. We ended up leaving after being there for less than 12 hours.

It was a timeshare unit with a rec center. 6 could sleep in unit. Easy to check in and out. We enjoyed our stay. Visited New Bern and area beaches.

This unit was the perfect size for our family.

The unit was very old but spacious and accommodating. I would rent again.

Expedia did not have proper contact j formation for check in. Had to call multiple vacation management locations to get a correct phone number. 555-5555 is not it! The place has ants. Dead ants in the beds. Dead ants falling the from the ceiling and fan. Dead ants on the lamp shades. Called management and they cleaned and changed linens but we still found ants afterwards. My kids slept on the stained couches. Not worth the Money we spent to sleep with ants!!!

Great location for quietness and amenities offered for family. Would have loved it more if it didn't have roaches and old smell to it.

Lots of wildlife to see. Everything was really nice and we enjoyed our stay - will definitely consider booking here again if we travel back to the area.

friendly, helpful staff, unit clean

We walked in late and tired from traveling only to find ginormous roaches all over. Needless to say we turned right back around and stayed somewhere else. My daughter was throwing up it was so disgusting. You can claim they are “water bugs” all you want. They were roaches!!

We really enjoyed this stay. It was a very nice place. Had an issue with my door key and an issue reaching someone after hours but other than that it was a beautiful place.

I absolutely loved it. The furniture and carpet is a bit old and musty. But not undoable. It was very cozy relaxing and the view is amazing 💕
