Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful, easy walking distance of San Sebastián with some lovely coffee shops and Pintxos bars close by. There was a slight damp smelling the room and coffee/tea facilities would be nice in the room as the free coffee/tea was not available until 12

The location was very good in the city center. The breakfast was nice with a very friendly hostess. A nice 3 star hotel.

Good central location, mixed reviews on staff - some friendly, others not friendly. The street noise was quite loud. It’s was pretty good but not great.

Bra hotell med fantastisk personal (speciellt frukostdamerna) bra beliggenhet, goda sängar, rent och fint. Bra läge, nära att gå till allt. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Excellent location, 8 minute walk from bus station, similar length to beach and old town. Really friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely go back again.

The room was great, with a little balcony to add. The staff was amazing, helping us get checked in a bit early after a long day of travel, and it was located perfectly to the best spots in town.

Loved San Sebastian and this small charming hotel. A short walk to the old town, but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. While the rooms are a little on the small side, they are quiet and comfortable. There is a 5 minute walk to a local laundromat.

BEWARE: air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, and can't be changed. The room was very hot at night and we woke up several times. Other things, no hot water or coffee maker in room. this is very annoying you must go to basement to get coffee.

Facility in perfect condition. Maybe lacking a training facility. Price-quality ratio is good for San Sebastian.

The hotel is ideally located in the city. It has no restaurants but there are plenty all around. It is new and clean, the bed was comfortable and the mini bar is free. I also liked the fact that the beach is at walking distance and same for the old town part. The walls are quite thin so you might hear some noises but thankfully the other guests were quiet at night.
