I really recommend this hotel when people visit Lisbon! The staff are really helpful and kind. Even the location of this hotel is perfect to look around Lisbon.

We loved our stay here - the location was perfect, rooms were spotless with great amenities, front desk was so nice, and we loved the touches of complimentary pastel de nata and prosecco in the lobby!

The hotel was a great option for tourists. It was walkable to public transportation, shopping and dining. It is on a block that is traveled by the tram, so there is no auto stopping in front. It was difficult to determine how to get in with luggage as the address provided for that reason was not available. The towels and robes provided were well worn, thin and scratchy. Other than the towels, the room was great. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, only a breakfast buffet. As it was priced at 18 euros per person, we went elsewhere.

Due to a maintanance issue we were upgraded to the Aurea Museum 5* hotel by Eurostars group. The communication with the group staff was seamless and they took care to all of our needs.

Nice, clean hotel. Easy access to restaurants, shopping.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Lisboa ! Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias, la atención del personal muy buena, el desayuno excelente, la ubicación inmejorable.

Excelente Estadia muy cuidado todo con respeto al Hotel. La ubicación del hotel cercano al centro de la ciudad , te permite traslado rapido a ciudades cercana Seguridad todo el dia y a la noche caminas con mucha seguridad. Super recomendable el Hotel-

An amazing stays at Eurostars Baixa! The hotel is incredible, our room and bathroom were a great size. The staff were very helpful, we couldn’t get our A/C working properly and they sorted it for us promptly whilst we were out. The location is GREAT, really central in Baixa, meant we could easily pop in and out. We would definitely return.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com equipe muito gentil e com iniciativa. Café da manhã excelente, com funcionários muito atenciosos, Caio em especial. Destaco a Camila da recepção, muito proativa e simpática e o Pablo da manutenção. Localização próxima a vários pontos turísticos e restaurantes.
