It was beyond amazing all the staff very polite very friendly the room was inmaculate the food was great, Llhom from Uzbekistan was phenomenal and very attentive also the manager of room coordinator he’s from Mexico was outstanding great service great host!! Pools were heated and pit fire at night was awesome

The location of this hotel is unique, with an amazing nature background . The design of the villas in a modern style blended like tents in the middle of the desert terrain was a hit for us.All this in a top quality 5 star ambiance. Outstanfing staff and impecable service

Pool which is main feature of this property was not working. They did inform me after I booked my stay. They also had made arrangements with Habitat but it was not the same. I was hoping they would some how compensate me for inconvenience but they did not. other than that a great property and great staff

The only problem was card key. Finally they gave us metal key. Also some water problem in bath room. However, the whole design of this property is one of best in my life. Staff are so friendly

We were able to spend four unforgettable days at the Banyan Tree Hotel in AlUla in mid-January. The whole hotel, the restaurants, the villas, the friendliness and that combined with the incomparable landscape of AlUla and Hegra is really worth a trip. And if there would be an Oscar for the best concierge in the world, no one else but Mustafa would deserve this Oscar. Thank you very much for these very, very impressive days in a very peaceful environment!
