The room did not look anything like the photos posted on Expedia. There was no tv, the ceiling fan was not properly screwed in and hanging off ocer your head in the shower, the lamp had electrical issues and constantly flickered. It was difficult to get in contact with customer service.

N'y allez pas! J'ai eu de la difficulté à avoir le code accéder à ma chambre. J'ai constaté qu'il y a avait des punaises de lit. J'ai pris des photos et je suis sortie. Pas personne sur place pour me relocaliser. J'ai demandé un remboursement: je reçois des messages écrits par l'intelligence artificielle. La chambre n'était pas en bon état: chaleur suffocante avec une fenêtre n'ouvrait pas, l'autre sans moustiquaire.

Basic, not bad

They were helpful with an issue I had, but overall my experience and stay at both properties left quite a bit to be desired. For the price, and if you just need a place to crash, this will do.

Loved this spot!

I liked the kitchenette in the room as it allowed me to prepare my own meals. And having a laundry room in the building was also important to me. A modern room with nice amenities and near to the old Latin quarter. Staff were helpful to my needs and I felt comfortable there.

Clean room, clear explains for the acces

Awesome stay at this loft. Great room for a solo traveller or couple and right in the core of Montreal. Plenty of food and nightlife in walking distance so that was a welcome bonus to my trip. Owners responded quickly and the units are even nicer than the pictures look, with a new and modern layout. Lots of amenities hidden well within the unit. This will be my go to place to stay now on trips to Montreal.

We discovered that the lock on our room had been tampered with and would not lock. Someone had to stay in the room at all times to secure our belongings which ruined our weekend. And customer service was slow at responding and would not give us a late check out.

Last minute booking and was quite happy considering some other review I saw of this place. Definitely a good spot and lots of nice spots to get food or drinks nearby. The price for what you get is a bit steep but I booked very last minute so

No Air Conditioning, and the hot water in the shower did not work well.

The door needed a more secure lock everything else was fine

The location was the main selling feature as it was within walking distance to many attractions. The room is SMALL, but space is well utilized. Our only real issue was the spotty wifi. We did send a message to the hotel operators but didn't get much of a response. Overall good, just far and away the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in.

The property was clean and in a central location. The room had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A note that the street has a few local bars which can create some noise but this didnt bother us too much. The room could benefit from a repaint as there were lots of scratches and markings on the wall. The airconditioning unit was blowing cold air onto the bed and although i communicated that there was no remote to control this, nothing was done about it which did dampen our enjoyment of the unit. Overall however, it was a good place to stay for the purposes of our trip and was a great location.

The property was perfect for a solo stay—cozy and well-located. My studio faced the street, which was both a plus and a minus. While it offered a lively view, it did get quite loud at night due to nearby bars and college students. I had a minor issue with the remote control not working due to dead batteries. I reached out to the property manager, who assured me someone would deliver replacements, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up. It would also be helpful to have a few basic amenities added—such as hangers. There’s only a hanging bar and no real storage space for clothes, which made organizing a bit tricky. Aside from those details, the location is fantastic—tons of great food options nearby and easily walkable to the Village and Old Montreal.

The place was good for the price it offers. Walking distance to the Old Port, many shops and food places too. The customer service team is also very helpful and responsive.

The rooms are nice, renovated, and stocked with supplies and toiletries. The only slight downside is the noise from the street at night -- but it's manageable with earplugs. Would stay here again.
