Modern and spacious room

This place was amazing! Very deceptive from the outside. - very nondescript when looking at it, but inside it was classy and comfortable. Breakfast was as if you were at a 5-star restaurant - table service, ambience was terrific and staff were fabulous.

Friendly staff and good food. Easy parking and a quaint little town with plenty nearby to do if you have a car.

Very good hotel,and lovely food

Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. Staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Rooms are not soundproof. Unfortunately the room we booked and paid for was not available upon arrival; our 3 bed family room was downgraded to a one bed which meant someone had to sleep on the floor. The hotel and Hotels.com pointed the finger at each other and we didn't get any refund. The front desk was very apologetic and helpful; she got us a free drink at the bar to compensate us but you can't really compensate for such a big screw up...

It’s new. Bed is very comfortable. Should be a 5 star hotel. Shower was a little slippery but other than that all is good all around

I Had a very nice stay in this hotel. And something I dont usually do, but I ate in the bar all 3 nights I was here which when I am away with work is unusual for me. I like what they have done with the rooms and all done to a very high standard. Comfy bed, good wifi, good shower, lovely food and a safe and secure gated car park. I would stay here again

Unfortunately there was a problem with the guest’s room key cards being able to open up the doors to room and hotel. The staff made up for it and help with accessing the room and helping with luggage. Super friendly staff. The room was very spacious and clean! Pubs are around the square but limited food. Pubs that didn’t offer food allowed for outside food to be brought in which was nice.

Lovely premises with easy parking outside. We didn't need it, but our unit was modified for disabilty access. Could not access Wi-fi despite asking several times. Nobody could explain or correct. We'd not had problems anywhere else. Not much in town.

Friendly staff, very clean, but for the price I would have thought it would have included breakfast but it didn’t.

Lovely property which is modern and great beds. Ate dinner and breakfast which were both great. Perfect place to stop if you are exploring this area.

Not a ton of dining options around the area. Hotel food was good. For some reason we had no hot water in the morning.
