시설은 나쁘지않은데 직원들이 불친절...

The dinner is not as great as it should be. But breakfast buffet is great! So recommending breakfast buffet but not half broad

Staff was amazing and the hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. We will absolutely book here again if we are in the Kyoto area in the future.

Great Onsen hotel in the heart of the town, just one station away from Kyoto station, really great location for those who cannot afford the time to travel far for Onsen hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, great service, and I really like the private baths that I can share with my family instead of strangers in public bath, and the wait was reasonable. The breakfast was good, more Japanese style options which are what we wanted. The Kaiseki dinner was good, though I had more delicious ones elsewhere before, still good value for money and nice experience overall. Definitely want to stay here again!

엄마랑 갔었는데 너무 만족했었어요! 고급느낌은 아니지만 사우나 및 객실, 조식 및 중간중간 간식들하며 제공되는 모든것들이 감동적이였구요 이정도 금액에 이정도 퀄리티면 200프로 만족이에요 사람이 많고 인기 있을만해요~ 꾸준히 좋은 퀄리티 유지해주세요

チェックイン前に荷物を預けるためにフロントに持って行ったが、フロントではなく玄関にいるスタッフに預けろと言われた。 フロントにはおしゃべりをしていた女性スタッフが3人いた。 自分はフロントスタッフなのでフロント自分の仕事以外しない。 サービスとしては不親切。 アルバイトの感じが出ていた。 高級な宿だと思っていたが違っていた。 2回目は無い。

가족과 함께 좋은시간 보냈습니다. 다만, 숙소 퀄리티에 비해서 너무 비싸요... 그리고 리뷰 읽어보고 조식을 너무 기대했는지 몰라도 조식 평범합니다.

This was an AMAZING experience and is so close to the train line.

It's very clean and tidy hotel. We loved a traditional japanese floor and onsen facilities. Will visit again next time. A recommended!!!

Absolutely perfect environment to relax and destress. A few minutes away from the train station so it is easily accesible by train. Staff is very helpful and accomodating.

All very good service, onsen, clean, friendly staffs, free food and drink，too much bkfts!! Just room should be bigger for this price. Dinner can be better with the package price paid. Better option elsewhere for award winning supper.

Lovely onsen experience with great food and some snacks and coffee/teas. The one lounge with sweets etc was tiny and a tough spot to see if things were being served/what they were. Room was comfortable but no blackout curtains so if that's an issue for you, make plans.

Ein Hotel im japanischen Stil! Keine Schuhe im Hotel, private Bäder, Onsen, Frühstück japanisch. Sehr schön zu erleben. Direkt neben S-Bahn (nur im Sinne von Erreichbarkeit, keinerlei Beeinträchtigung dadurch.

A small hotel tucked away in an alley. We walk right by at first and didn't even see it. This hotel is clean, easy to navigate and doesn't have a huge amount of amenities. There's a washer dryer (500 yen total) on first floor with the vending machines. There's a tiny garden out front and that's it. Honestly, if you're in Kyoto you will be out exploring anyway. It's close enough to Gojo subway which is one station away from Kyoto Station. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. Price per night is excellent and affordable. Check out just requires you to put a sign up on your door and put your check out paper into a box the day of at 10:00am.

The property is very nice. The hot spring are is wonderful. The room is big and comfortable.
