I liked the upgraded room, responsive staff

The room was neglected, stained carpet, dirty bathroom floor, electrical tape around the window frame cracked tiles in the bathroom and grouting in shower dirty. Staff were very friendly.

My wife and I had a great stay, no complaints at all. Room was clean and spacious, comfy bed. In the reception, Christina and Bahaa were very professional and provided great service and communication, Abdulazis and Hytem were very friendly and I really appreciated their professionalism. Also Judy and Michelle were really good. We will definitely comeback. During the breakfast service,

It was nice to be upgraded to a 1 bed apartment from a studio, but hotel hadn't paid any attention to my specific requests including not having a room near the lift (right opposite). The reception staff were always pleasant to deal with. I found breakfast choices limited & repetitive. There were problems with hot water & a drains smell in the room. They did send maintenance to the room promptly to try and fix. Night-time loud music heard every night unclear where this was coming from (possibly the beach club?) Overall the stay was okay.
