Great staff. Great location

Quiet area, clean hotel room. Only let down was 1 pillow per person in bed not 2. But everything else was literally perfect

Beautiful room lovely and clean

We had an amazing weekend at Vibe! This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. They were nice enough to upgrade our room as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and we couldn't be happier.

Good location

It was a good property, the location wasn't as good as there wasn't many establishments around. I was looking forward to using the pool but disappointed to realise it was small. Also the walls were quite thin as we could hear our neighbours conversations. Overall it was a positive experience however based on my experience with other hotels there was a few things still wanting (e.g. larger pool, buffet breakfast etc.) however the room was still clean

Older hotel in good location near the waterfront. Small rooms and bathrooms. Checking in was ok for us but our friends with two other rooms had extreme difficulties. We arrive a few minutes early about 2:30 and their rooms weren’t ready. That’s ok because we were early and staff said they’d be ready by 3:00. But there was an IT issue and the system was down. During this time a fire alarm sounded, the DD responded. But it was a false alarm. Finally after waiting 3 hours our friends were given their room cards. We included breakfast with our reservation and it was ok.

This property was misleading the photo and room said it would come with a bath and our room did not have one, which made our stay underwhelming.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Only thing is the pool is tiny and nice two kids are in it, no one else can swim. Also the pillows were so fat they gave me a bad neck - would be good to have one thin and one fat on each side of the bed so people can choose. I will take my own next time!

We had an excellent stay at the vibe. The property is new, clean and well located. The room was spacious and quiet. We also appreciated the early check in and late check out. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. Nice quiet location but within walking distance of lots to do. Lobby restaurant is amazing

Very comfortable, well appointed room except that the air-con could not be controlled from the room. Parking offsite but close. Very few cars in there. Limited hours of operation for the restaurant and bar. Inconvenient on public holiday when the close cafés were c losed. Good Thai food next door. Handy to city connector free bus.

Nice breakfast, easy parking outside, and well kept rooms - perfect for a short stay!

The Hotel and amenities were fab with really friendly and helpful staff. We had an amazing stay and loved our room, the toiletries supplied. Will definitely stay there again. :)
