Stay was good

Cet hôtel est plein de charme Les chambres sont grandes et confortables Mais l’hôtel a un passe car il regroupe plusieurs bâtiments tel qu’une église où on a apprécié de déjeuner L’ensemble du bâtiment a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût alors bravo pour ce beau résultat Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’être dans un tel lieu

Need room floor upgrade

In the heart of Dublin. Room was very large with a comfortable bed.

Went for a concert with my friend, the receptionists were so lovely, especially Marina!! They were cheery and down to earth and made the visit that much more special. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfy and the hot drinks in the room were amazing!! Would definitely stay again and 100% recommend

The Keavens Port Hotel is a dichotomy of experiences. It is well-located and well-decorated. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is filled with as many doors as it has windows. To get from the elevator to my room I had to navigate through 5 different doors, 3 of which required my magnetic key card. To call the elevator from the main level you have to press both the up and down buttons simultaneously, something not required to head back down, at least not from my floor. The first morning, I went downstairs to the restaurant on the main level. After looking at the menu I waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order to no avail. I found out later from the hotel reception desk that you have to walk up to the counter to order and pay and they will bring the food out when done. That is something that would have been nice to read on the breakfast menu or that any of the wait staff who walked past my table that morning could have easily shared. Housekeeping for my room location was at 4 PM one day and 3 PM the next, a little late as I was already back from my day’s adventures. However, they were very nice and one can tell they did a great job as there were no dust bunnies anywhere.

The room was great, amazing location, unfortunately the towel in the room was stained but they quickly changed that out. It was slightly strange having to enter and exit via the main pub door to get up to the rooms but not the end of the world.

Really nice place to stay

This is our second time staying here. The facilities are super clean, but not sterile like a large corporate chain hotel. We will definitely return!

Hotel was first class. This was my third time there. Price was very reasonable for Dublin city. Staff at reception were most helpful and courteous.

Wonderful property — enjoyed my stay

This was a pleasant little hotel with a pub downstairs. The dining and drink options were excellent. Room was a little on the smaller side, but clean and had full amenities. The hotel itself is very charming, with lots of lounge/eating areas on many levels. Walking distance to St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street, and with nearby access to trams.

No frills but does what you need very well. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Part of Wetherspoons chain, so the breakfast was very cheap but decent for the money. Free tea and coffee in the bar area.

Buenisima atencion del recepcionista.Estuvimos en una habitacion adaptada con todo lo necesario, muy comoda.Tiene un pub con buenos precios para lo que es Irlanda.

Need a chest of drawers & a fridge in bedroom

Our stay was very nice and the location of the hotel is very good. Good bar and restaurant at the hotel, we rally enjoyed.
