This hotel is very cheap quality hotel, they provide torn and dirty colored towels, and they are very old and short . No laundry services on site or near by , neither they facilitate. This hotel is like OYO hotel not a start hotel. The amenities are so poor. Toilettory is very poor, shower is bad. I would never recommend this hotels,. Please do not fall for their pictures on the website. The breakfast is not having any features, everything is chargeable basis, but they collect you money for brekfast. I am very disappointed with this stay. Never go back or never recommend. The bed and bedsheet has stains, and they are very old and discolored white sheets. Please be careful of falling for name and pictures!!

The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a good location for us to walk to the places we wished to visit. The attached restaurant had a wide variety of foods and we enjoyed the included breakfast.

Comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay here. It is perfectly situated to enjoy both White Town and French Quarter. Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant.

My parents and aunties stayed here. They’re all senior citizens. They had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and courteous, food was good, service was exceptional, location was spot on! Great place to stay

When we booked this hotel, we thought it was in the French Quarter. The rooms were OK, but the bathroom and cleanliness were terrible. The breakfast was mostly local Indian. Lack of English speaking staff was not helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our cycle tour of southern India. The hotel very kindly stored our tandem bicycle safely during our stay. All the staff were exceptional and very helpful in every way. Our room was spacious, very nicely decorated and well maintained. Good location and highly recommended.

A beautiful, cute, reasonably-priced little boutique hotel in the heart of the city with easy access by walk to all the areas of Pondicherry. The rooms are clean, well maintained and with all the amenities. The hotel has a restaurant and a rooftop bar along with several dining options with a short walk. The staff were extremely nice, polite, courteous and looked after everything well from check-in thru checkout. There is a breakfast buffet in the morning included with coffee serving mostly South Indian food in the buffet with things like eggs, French toast etc. that can be ordered if needed. Overall an excellent option in the city and would totally recommend.
