Very well located in the heart of Amman. The staff were very accomodating

Overall a great stay, hotel with amazing decor. A downfall for us was the smell of cigarette smoke in our room at night, not pleasant to sleep in. Also, on the Thursday night, music from the bar/nightclub in the roof bar kept us awake until the early hours....not ideal for a good night's sleep!

Nice interior design, clean and safe. On day where night club is going (Thursday) you can hear the base even my room is 2 floors below. I was told there's a restaurant at lowest floor, but cannot find it? Internet was weak at times. But overall is a nice place.

Hotel philosophy was far beyond what we could have expected and asked for! Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Hotel is clean and in great shape. Showers are hot and water pressure excellent. Beds are very comfortable. Dont get me started on the rooftop bar/restaurant. I consider myself a better than good cook. The food was fantastic! Several items i have to try to replicate at home. Bartender again was super friendly and attentive. Owner ofc the establishment was up there eating dinner with his family and he was super nice! The location is excellent. Nearbanything you might need. Close to a large street market and historical sights. Needless to say, i cannot recommend this place enough. 12 out of 10!! Do yourself a favor and stay here.

The staff at check-in lobby is great. I was issued a room next to the staff closet and it was very noisy. The lounge upstairs is also noisy and you will hear everything. Once 12 am rolled in everything was quiet. Be prepared to hear loud music and traffic- after all you are in Downtown.

Nice hotel close to all the must-see sites in Amman. Everything was as expected. They even let us checkin early.

Great location just up from downtown. Rooms were clean & loved our balcony. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and reveryone really friendly.

Really nice boutique hotel well placed for the nearby tourist sites of the Citadel and the Roman arena.

This hotel was awesome. From the decor of the hotel to the food & rooftop. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, close to Rainbow Street and many shops/dining spots.

The double-windows meant traffic sounds and other noise in this busy area were minimal. Very welcoming.

The staff is Ritz Quality! New and Immaculate! Ritz type beds and sheets! Great hot water and pressure and some of the finest dining in all Amman! Just a very unique hotel and worthy of your attention!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Amman. Very well located not far from Rainbow Street (although uphill!) On checking in we were warmly greeted & were so impressed with the room. Very large, comfy bed, very modern furnishings, the most modern / new in all our stay around Jordan. Unfortunately we had a mishap the following morning. We were told breakfast was from 7-12 in the restaurant downstairs. On going down at 7am, no one was there at all, it was dark & chairs were on the tables. We went to reception to query this & had an awful experience of poor hospitality where we were told to just wait, the man doing breakfast wasn’t here yet. At 0710 we went down again, nothing. We went back to reception & were basically ignored. We needed to check out soon to catch a flight that morning. In the end we had a call from reception telling us the man was “on his way” (but not here yet) at 0715. We went to check out, the one receptionist stood outside smoking, saw us, ignored us. As we needed to catch our taxi we gave him our room card. He simply asked had we taken anything from the minibar! Which was quite amusing since we had paid for a breakfast that now we could not have due to their tardiness & unprofessionalism. Ultimately it was not the lack of breakfast that we had paid for but how it was dealt with by the man at reception with very little sympathy, as though nothing was out of the ordinary. A shame as otherwise a beautiful hotel, it was unfortunate to have that poor service.

Hotel Philosophy was a great find for our stay in Amman. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Very close to Downtown Amman and there is free street parking right in front of the hotel for those who’ve rented a car. 10/10 would recommend.

Property is very well located . Reception is open 24h . We arrived at 3am and the person at the reception was waiting for us and also asked us if we need any food . Very nice people, helpful , hotel is very clean and close to all touristy places .I loved it however the breakfast was àla carte and very minimum . I would work in breakfast but overall I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very welcoming ,even stored our luggage for an extra day after we checked out.

Such an amazing place to stay! Located so close to downtown without the hustle and bustle outside your door step. Beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious! The rooftop was a vibe and the food was scrumptious. The ambiance was chic.
