Great place for a short stay or longer. Super quaint center of town hotel, close to shopping, great cozy vibe, friendly staff and the breakfast included was great. Convenient parking behind hotel.

Super convenient to shopping and the rooms were great. Easy checkin. Great breakfast and parking was available. No complaints! Fit my needs for this trip.

Disappointed with the room, didn’t feel it offered good value for £150 a night. Quite dated, no view from room.

Really enjoyable stay after a frustrating journey and was met with a lovely welcome by Kris. The room was fab, bed really comfortable and the freshly cooked breakfast with local produce was delightful. We will definitely be returning

We were selling at an antiques fair in the town during the day and wanted to stay somewhere that night as it was my husbands birthday. The hotel was just down the road from the venue so it was perfect. Our room was upgraded and it was fantastic, can’t fault it. We didn’t eat in because they specialise in pizzas so we went out for a special meal, but the restaurant looked good and was almost full. Breakfast was good with a variety of cereal etc and a choice of cooked meals. Highly recommend

We were here just for a quick overnight stay. We were greeted by the most friendly young man, who we immediately took to. We were eating elsewhere, but we thought the pizzas looked delicious. The continental breakfast was plentiful, with more than enough choice. The room was spacious and airy. We can find no fault in our stay.

I tend to stay in holiday inn or a Premier Inn. When Im away with work. But Top Joes was recommended to me, so i took a look online and thought lets give it s go as it wasnt to far away from where i was working I have to say, i wasnt disappointed. Food, service, room i could not fault, friendly staff a full package. I will stay here again when working in the area

This is a real gem, service from the townhouse staff was great, good parking on site, and room / bathroom immaculate. I’ll be staying here again soon for my next visit through for work!

Wonderful place. Lovely large appartment and very good shower. Staff were brilliant and very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do in the local area. Narberth itself is a lovely small town with nice shops and great food and drink options. Will be returning for sure.

Friendly welcome and smooth check in. Free car park at the back for guests. Large, clean room with great decor and big comfy bed. We had dinner in the restaurant which offered a great service and delicious pizza. Would recommend and would stay again.

Chris, the Accommodation Manager was lovely and helpful, even gave my dog a sausage. Lovely staff, wonderful pizzas and our room was just so lovely. Great nights sleep. We stayed in the coach house outside of the building.

Room was clean, bed uncomfortable and very creaky every time you moved, Breakfast was pre ordered no extra toast or tea coffe offered just small breakfast and toast was stale soda bread on both mornings, declined breakfast on 3 morning!

Avoid!!!

Good Location , Good Service , Good Everything

The stay was great, the hotel seems to have changed hands since we last went back in 2019. The breakfast wasn't as good as previously but this is partly to Covid I assume. As there used a buffet style of cereal to choice from then a cooked option if you wanted afterwards. Where as there was a limited choice you had to hand in thr night before. The hotel is still lovely staff are friendly but breakfast let it down. No Decaffeinated options for drinks either.
