Väldigt fint hotell i säkert område i Medellín, har inget dåligt att skriva utan kommer gärna tillbaka. God frukost, hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rummet var rent och fint, varmvatten i dusch och poolområdet mysigt!

Excelente hotel, súper cercano a la 70 y restaurantes

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was interesting and diverse each morning. Rooms are spacious and clean and beautiful bathrooms.

Todo estuvo bien excepto por que se escucha todo en la habitación si quieres descansar hay q esperar a que todos se duerman para poder hacerlo, todo se escucha…

Buena atencion de la mayoría del personal, pero hacen falta pequeños detalles en la habitación, como banca para la maleta, gorro de baño

I enjoyed the pool. The hot sauna worked. There was no hot water. The whirlpool next to the pool was cold. Other than that, the staff were spectacular and helping bringing taxis. Also arranging prices so we don’t get ripped off. There was one lady staff, though, that was exceptional. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant.

Deben mejorar el servicio, en las habitaciones tener disponible secador de cabello y utensilios de primera necesidad

Breakfasts were good. Room was ok. Bed wasn’t too comfy.

The only thing I dislike was there was no hot water the whole stay. There excuse was they coming to fix never came.👎👎

I booked here thinking the pool would be worth it but it wasn't. Because it was center of the complex it was rather noisy throughout the day and night in the rooms. There's very old "blind-type" windows in the room that don't block out much noise nor provide much privacy even with the tiny curtain. Pool jacuzzi area almost always in use and not much light to tan. AC was good. Breakfast good.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme, à proximité de petits restaurants et de supérettes, avec un jacuzzi et une piscine chauffée bien entretenus. Le personnel est attentionné et sympathique. Les chambres sont très propres.

El hotel es cómodo y tiene una buena relación calidad precio, sin embargo tuvimos un inconveniente y es que nos resultó imposible comunicarnos antes de llegar. Teníamos que avisar que llegaríamos después y no hubo manera, incluso Expedia intento hacerlo y tampoco lo consiguió. Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que nuestra habitación ya no estaba disponible y que teníamos que pagar una diferencia para que nos asignaran otras, sin pelear dijimos que hablaríamos a Expedia para que nos resolviera, y entonces sí nos dieron la habitación. Definitivamente no es un lugar que recomendaría pues si tienes algún contratiempo no habrá forma de comunicarte con ellos.

De locatie was ideaal. In een rustige, veilige wijk. Met genoeg opties qua vervoer. Het hotel was schoon, de kamers zagen er netjes uit. Een groot minpunt was alleen de gehorigheid, wij zaten naast de open liftschacht waardoor je het hele hotel hoorde thuiskomen en opstaan.

Todo muy bien, excepto el hecho de que nos cancelaron una de las habitaciones y nunca nos dieron una razón justificable para esta acción por ende debimos pagar una habitación adicional y la persona de recepción que nos recibió no fue muy amable, el resto de personal super atento y servicial.

We spent 4 days here. It is a great location for a couple seeking a calm environment in the central area of Medellin.

Excelente ubicación, muy seguro el lugar, muy buena atención y servicio al cliente, lo único son los desayunos que todos los días es lo mismo deberían cambiar el menú y ofrecer otras cosas diferentes al huevo.
