El hotel es bueno, es bonito y tiene mucha vegetación interior, la comida del restaurante es bastante buena y el lugar muy agradable. La habitación a pesar de ser una con difernetes "beneficios" no resultó ser lo que esperábamos, la habitación se encontraba en el primer piso, al lado de la recepción por lo que se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba afuera y supongo que al revés también, el estar en la planta baja y aunque tiene iluminación natural con todo el cancel del fondo, era muy obscura todo el tiempo incluso de día y con la luz prendida. El WC pegado a la regadera con sepración de un vidrio completamente transparente lo hace imposible de usar al mismo tiempo. Finalmente la gran decepción fue la tina de hidromasaje, se encuentra al aire libre, considerando que en Medellín llueve todo el tiempo, los períodos para usarla eran muy pocos, cuándo finalmente lo logramos, la experiencia no fue nada grata, ya que el cubo de iluminación en el que se encuentra la tina es hogar de muchas palomas que desafortunadamente también usan de baño, por lo que cuándo no está lloviendo, está lleno de palomas defecando en la tina.

Love the experience

The employees were pleasant, but young and severely understaffed. There didn’t seem to be any visible management. For the price, you’d expect more for your money. There are no phones in the rooms. Not even glasses to drink water. There is no gym and no pool. Every thing is pretty much self service. It feels more like a hostel at the price of a 5 star Hotel. Room service is done through a link, that it’s not monitored. So, placing your order doesn’t guarantee you will get it. There was only one person taking orders and serving breakfast every morning. I felt bad for the poor guy. He seemed overwhelmed. The price just didn’t much the service and amenities.

Nos gustó mucho

Me encantó el my otel, es bellísimo y la atención, top!! La ubicación también perfecta; Lo único es que yo viaje de negocios y siento que falta tener en la habitación cosas como secadora de cabello y plancha de ropa. Me trajeron una plancha de ropa pero sin soporte para planchar y… planchar una camisa así es complejo. Sería el único pero que le pondría, pero el restaurante bar ufff ame

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well-appointed and clean, and the staff was very friendly. My only issue is that I could hear the music from the rooftop bar.. The good thing is it was usually over by 10 pm. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Great Hotel in Medellin with a good Breakfast.

Nice hotel. The only thing that I would change is that the privacy in the bathroom was provided by a curtain and not a wall.

Hotel pequeño en una ubicaciòn excelente. Muy buen servicio y atenciòn del personal. El desayuno es bueno y diariamente hay una alternativa diferente en el menù. Hermoso rooftop con excelente coctelería. Habitaciones muy còmodas y bien decoradas.

Beautiful hotel, and the area has lots of “very good” restaurants near by/walking distance, I must come back!

Le personnel est très attentionné. Nous avons eu du très bon service. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes pour 3 personnes. La chambre de bain n’est pas très intime. L’emplacement est sécuritaire et prêt de la station de métro. Beaucoup de restaurants autour.

All went well with the exception of a cc overage. Make sure to pay for all of your services at the time of check out. Other than that, all else was great!!

All the staff was Great! Very nice and very helpful. And the place was very clean. However, the room was not so great. Here are my issues: 1 - The bathroom is very Dark. Lighting is horrible. 2 - There are no dressers or draws to put your clothes in. 3 - No closet either. 4 - The Balcony is Tiny. Only 1 person can stand on it only. Not even big enough to put a chair on it. 5 - Minimal breakfast options. You get just One of 3 options. Small portions. If you want more, you have to pay. A buffet would be better.

The front desk ladies were informative above their regular job, besides very courteous, pleasant. The surrounding very welcoming to the eyes with lots of nature. If I would like something to improve is the included breakfast. Be aware of when fruit has passed their maturity.
