Amazing room, great cocktails at bar, beautiful building, room wasn’t ready at 2:50pm and check in was a bit clunky, spa in wellness centre could be warmer, overall very luxurious stay, worth a weekend away!

Rooms were immaculate and it was such a beautiful hotel, a very calm vibe.

Very disappointed with housekeeping. No turn down service by 9pm which was taken seriously by manager. But housekeeping ignoring our request for bottled water was basically ignored and after 30mins we had to check out. Very disappointing service because housekeeping is a very important service.

The staff really stood out as being amazing and accommodating.

Everything was top!

Everything done to the last detail was exceptional. All the staff were wonderfully friendly & very efficient. I cannot pick one thing that stoooit simply because everything was outstanding. We will be definitely returning!!

Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!
