Hotel Ozone Inn turned out to be a fantastic stay — comfortable, clean, and incredibly convenient for getting around Mumbai. It’s one of those places that delivers great value without compromising on comfort. The rooms are well kept, tidy, and surprisingly spacious for the area. The bed was comfortable, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and properly maintained. It’s exactly what you want after a long day navigating the city. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything from local tips to quick arrangements. Their warm approach really adds to the experience. The location is a huge plus. You’re close to transport links, shops, and plenty of food options, making it easy to explore different parts of Mumbai while still having a quiet, comfortable place to return to. Overall, Hotel Ozone Inn is a solid choice if you want a reliable, pleasant, and well‑run stay in Mumbai. Great hospitality and great value.

I had a comfortable stay at this property. It's only a couple minutes away from main attractions. The staff is courteous and made sure I feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

They are very strict about document but document requirement was not clear on the website. We have our identity document but they also need marriage proof, which was not mentioned in the web site.

Modern hotel, staff ok, good location. Negatives breakfast has to be ordered from reception and served in you room as there is no dining are🙃

Good location and the rooms are clean and in decent condition. However, it was pretty expensive and the rooms are very loud.

The hotel is new however needs more attention to keeping it upto standard. The bathroom and toilet is together so when one shower the whole place is wet incl the toilet pan. Service is hit and miss sometime tea will take 10mins other days 30mins to arrive

This hotel is next to a VERY BUSY main road and does not have double glazing. You will not get any sleep. The WIFI does not work and there is no separate shower cubicle…the bathroom is a wet room. Very poor experience!

Ramesh and his staff we very willing to help at all times, our first room was very small, with no tea & coffee Facilites…the general manager Rikesh was very helpful and upgraded our room ….highly recommend hotel Ozone in.

Good clean place. No dining facilities in and around the hotel. Also no tea/coffee service till late in the morning. Reasonably priced.

This new property is conveniently located in Mumbai's Colaba neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the nearby fishing marina (which has amazing site-specific art) as well as lots of shops, cafes and galleries. There is an excellent art gallery called Art Musings just next to the hotel in the adjacent alley! The service was fantastic, the room was spotless, and the view (from the 11th floor) was fantastic!
