A perfect city hotel staying in Palma. Great location, excellent breakfast, nice and well cleaned, all personal showed highest level of service. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a good location

Excellent location, friendly staff, very good shower. It was very warm and the AC did work but took time to get to the desired temperature.

This hotel's condition is beyond my expectation for the price level. The room is very nice with style. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The only problem is that it is a little off located for tourists. However, the price reflects the location.

Really nice property in a good location with good breakfast and very helpful staff. Only issue was the lights in our room didn’t work well and the bathroom lights went out all together on the last night

Just came back from this hotel, honestly one of the best hotel to stay at, the staff were super friendly and helpful and provided a really great service. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Palmer where all the shops are and walking distance to loads of great bars and restaurants. The roof pool is just incredible not a massive pool but plenty big enough for a gentle swim to cool off and you get a stunning view as you do, would absolutely love to come back to this hotel.

Très belle chambre par contre cabinet de toilette très petit. Excellent petit déjeuner Pas de parking et le parking public à 10mn à pied était très cher 54€ pour 36h

Stilrent hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Nydelige rom, hyggelige ansatte og deilig takterrasse.

Un hôtel de qualité avec de belles prestations. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone dynamique et proche des transports. Le centre ville est accessible par une petite ballade à pied. L’hôtel est dans une zone passante, ce qui peut engendrer un peu de bruit pour les chambres en étages bas.

Super friendly and helpful service; great facilities.

We loved staying here - it was convenient to the ateas we wanted to visit, and the staff was super helpful. It’s on a plaza with a playground so if you want to go to bed early best to get a room in the back since the kids play until dark. The bathroom had a faint cigarette smell, so good not to keep the doors closed. The food in the little cafe/bar was nice. I was able to get a massage to help my leg pain from walking all day, with just a half- hour notice. They even fixed the broken wheel on my suitcase. Note - in all of Palma there is a lot of smoking at restaurants, outdoors.

Great hotel in a good location a short walk from the centre. Excellent facilities, roof top pool area great for relaxing.

Nydelig hotell og god service. Veldig god frokost. Litt harde senger, og savnet renhold på rommet hver dag. Pluss endel bråk fra loungebaren som var rett utenfor rommet vårt.

Great short break in Palma. JS Palma Plaza was a perfect stay for us. The rooftop pool was lovely and very chilled. The hotel was spotless, the decor stylish and price of food and drinks was very reasonable. Staff were amazing. I can’t fault the hotel at all. 10 out of 10. 👌

bra hotell med fantastisk takpool område. ligger väldigt bra till. Hade ett rum med balkong som var skön att sitta på. enda nackdelen var rätt små rum och liten toalett

Alles neu und gut, das Zimmer war aber für zwei ausgewachsene Erwachsene einfach zu klein.

Oppholdet var fint. Koselig hotell med god frokost. Litt langt å gå inn til gamlebyen, men det gikk greit.
