Zero ambiance around building. Pool has a definite black mold/scum on the tile and under water.

Hotel was new and fresh looking inside & out. Staff were friendly & personable. Our king suite was roomy and comfortable. Shower pressure & water flow were horrible. Why can't hotels provide better water pressure? Trying to shower with the water pressure of a couple squirt guns is time consuming, ineffective & frustrating. The real problem was when we noticed all the ants on the little kitchen island an hour after we checked in. Then we found ants crawling on us while watching tv on the couch. Again, this is a new hotel and we were on the 4th floor. We called the front desk to see about moving rooms but they didn't have a comparable room available. They offered to spray our room but we didn't want to be in a confined space with chemical smell. I requested a free night to compensate us for the inconvenience, but was told the GM was gone for the day. The next morning we asked if there was a solution, but no GM yet. We told them we were leaving for the day, so they could spray now so that it wouldn't smell when we got back. When we returned in the evening we confirmed with the front desk that they sprayed while we were gone, but still no word from the GM. The morning of our checkout we woke up to more ants on our stuff in the kitchen island area. Clearly their spray doesn't work. Still no word from the GM. Other guests complained about ants, too. A guy showed a picture of ants on his face when he woke up in bed. Got the sense this is an angoing problem from the staff.

We always stay here when we are in the area. I usually enjoy the breakfast selections, but this time I was very disappointed.Fruit wasn’t ripe and the food was on the cold side.

Clean and comfortable. Hyatt is our go too.

Great room, clean hotel, nice staff. Area is a big industry park area, but it's new and clean. Went on night ralks every night. While not scenic, I felt very save and it was actually really peaceful.

Our stay was good but could have been better. Check-in was quick and pleasant. Our room was exactly what we expected. However, the couch in the room was worn and uncomfortable. The pull-out bed was springy and uncomfortable. There was tons of storage space which was extremely helpful for this family of 3. During our stay the hotel had two separate kids parties in the pool area. The adults were out smoking in a non-smoking area and the hotel staff allowed it. There were tons of kids everywhere! They were riding their scooters in the lobby and running around screaming. The floors were trashed and sticky. Fortunately we were on the 3rd floor so we didn’t deal with the chaos too much. We were affected only while walking through the lobby.

This property is actually down the street from my home. I have a lot of children in which sometimes it’s hard to concentrate on getting my work done so I like to go over a hotel where I get peace and quiet and dig deep into my work on my computer and get some stuff done this place is amazing

Reservation was late. Couldn’t get to our room until 3:30. Check in is at 3. Housekeeping was just talking and taking their sweet time in the hallway when we got to our room finally. Not going to return.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Malachi. He was kind, personable, and professional in every way and during every interaction. I also want to compliment the breakfast staff. They were all courteous and generous. Thank you to the cleaning staff for your service as well. Hyatt House, thank you for making my visit to Vacaville to see my oldest daughter so wonderful.

Just stayed with my dogs to sleep, due to the fireworks in my town. Property was in a commercial area no houses, thought it would be okay. Nope, still had fireworks. And the $75 pet cleaning fee was a little extreme , my pets sleep on blankets from home and did not mess the room at all. They are neater than some people, but it is what it is.

Stayed for about a week and everything was amazing except the Ants coming from the shower vents. We had to turn the shower on for a good 10 min everyday so we could shower and have no ants crawl on us. Other than that it was an amazing stay.
