Extremely hot, air con not working, towel rail in bathroom fully working in July?! Had to open the window to get some air, very noisy as next to a busy road, mosquitos decided to join us. Breakfast underwhelming. Check-in was a nightmare, not going to use it again (this was our 2nd stay at the hotel).

Check in was a little weird. Reception was on the 12th floor and run by a guy in Tshirt and shorts with a laptop sitting at the bar. He was helpful in assisting me to get download an app for Room Key. Room was great. Larger than most, great bath room and extra large balcony. Breakfast was better than most the next day back on the 12th floor.

Everything was as expected.

I liked this place a lot. Only one recommendation - it will be helpful to add a few USB ports in the rooms, I couldn’t find any.

Todo muy informatizado sin llave de la habitacion fisica sino atraves de su app. Desayuno fantástico. Ubicación y vistas muy buenas.

There was a problem with the digital key. It wasn't working. So , after an exhausting trip we couldn't get into the room. There wasn't any help available at first. There was a telephone number but nobody answered. After twenty minutes some stuff appeared in the lobby and helped us. They asked me to download another app for the key but that didn't work either. On the end we were given physical cards and could finally enter the room. Apart from that everything was nice. The breakfast was very good, even vegan options, which I appreciate.

Otel ve oda temizliği gayet iyiydi. Araçla gittiğimiz için ücretsiz kapalı otopark çok işimize yaradı. Aile odası büyüklüğü 4 kişilik bir aile için yeterli. Şehir merkezine araçla 15-20 dakikada ulaştık. Kahve makinesi bizim için iyiydi.

Check in was odd, digital key only worked once fir me luckily my sons kept working

Great place to stay. Spacious and comfy rooms.Nice breakfast with local products. Check in is via link sent online : easy to use (there's always someone at the bar at top floor to help in case..)
