The room was smaller than expected

It takes a minute to get with the Bob W. vibe but a maximally homey experience, in the heart of whatever city you are in, awaits. There is a moment in every trip to a strange city where only Bob W. will do.

Traveled with my 8 year old son and perfect stay for us this trip. Been staying with BOB W in other cities in Europe and they all keep a very high standard. Spacious room with everything you need and easy to get in contact with staff via WhatsApp. Great with a small kitchen with everything you need also a dishwasher was extra plus. Always recommend Bob W to all my friends and colleagues who travel to city’s where they have accommodations.

Great communication and nothing too much trouble. All the facilities you would need

The studio was perfectly clean and well equiped. The location is a bit far from the center but otherthan that it was excellent! They even left a hand-wrote welcoming card with a snack. And the staffs were incredibly kind. I left my appel watch at the roon when I checked out, and they kept it for my return. I appreciate everything.

Nice apartments conveniently located in the city. The apartment was comfortable with a very practical kitchenette and floor heating in the bathroom. The communication via WhatsApp was great despite the place not having a reception. I asked for additional pillows which was no issue and used the (payed) late check-out. Also, the washing machine and dryer downstairs are a great addition. The room needs some repainting inside and the surrounding is a bit noisy with a pub next doors and the train tracks right around the corner, but most London locations have that issue and it did not bother too much. The little alley in which the entrance is was occasionally used by drug users, so it did not feel super safe to get home at night when they were around. Other than that, would book again.

I daresay that this is better than a typical hotel experience - it would be a perfect spot for those who'd like to have a small kitchenette area as well as access to laundry.

Doesn’t get much more perfect than this for me. Groceries about 6 min away. Buses, trains about 15 min max walk. Easy to walk to Tower Bridge and Borough/London Bridge. Excellent correspondence.. Peaceful building. Great heating. All the details are there of a true house guest. You will need to be diligent as the place is well run by details and will benefit you as well. Can’t remember the last time I had a working tele to enjoy. Will return.

Lovely place to stay. All amenities in such a cute and thoughtful apt. Clean, very clean. Staff helpful. Walkable to lots of attractions and within walking distance to public transit. Will definitely check other BOB W properties across Europe on my next adventure.

Apartment could be cleaned a little better.

Gemütliches, kleineres Apartment nahe Tower Bridge. Bus und Metro in der Nähe, Uber kann von da auch jederzeit bestellt werden. In der Wohnung gab es gratis Kaffee, Tee, verschiedenste Kabel zu Benutzen, sogar eine Yogamatte und eine Polaroidkamera. Kommunikation mit Bob war top!

Sehr gute Kommunikationen ich hatte ein paar Extrawünsche die aber so gut es geht erfüllt werden konnten.. vom heathrow flughafen gut mit den öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und 5-6 min von einer ubahnstation entfernt. Sauberkeit bei unserer ankunft sehr gut nur gibt es keine tägliche zimmerreinigung was aber nicht so schlimm ist. Man kann wäsche waschen und trocknen. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Excellent stay at this property. Easy walk to several Tube stations, Tower Hill and Bridge. Nice room for the price.

Great property really modern clean and tidy. Only issue was I couldn’t enter the property; yes I was emailed but went into junk, however a text or WhatsApp would have been good to prompt me information was missing before I got to the front door and couldn’t enter. The access itself would be better if you could use your phone as a contactless key instead of typing in the number each time. Regardless great stay and spoke 100% return.

All fine. A bit noisy - so grateful for the earplugs. But everything as described and very welcoming.
