The online check-in was very efficient in advance, parking was tight but available & reasonably priced, Debbie on reception was very charming & welcoming, the hotel is in a stunning old building in the heart of old town alicante & the room was spotless clean with all the necessaries, quiet & a comfy bed!

Toppenläge mitt i gamla stan. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi anlände sen natt/tidig morgon efter flygförsening och möttes av trevlig personal i receptionen. Mysigt rum. Enda att anmärka på är att det är väldigt lyhört och tyvärr inte helt rent på golven. Blev dock lite bättre efter första dagens städning.

It is a lovely hotel - very close to the marina - in a charming old building. We stayed just one night and the staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Great, spacious bedroom on the third floor. Our one criticism, we only had a small roof light in our room! It was ok for an overnight stay - would have requested a move if staying longer.

The hotel was in the perfect location. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

A perfect location, right in the Old Town. 5 mins to beach and marina as well. Staff could not be more helpful and polite. We used the roof terrace for our breakfast one morning, but other than that we didn't see the bar up there open. But it has a fantastic view of the city and castle up there. An older review said they give you big keys, but we received a key card which we used to buzz in when we came back after midnight. It's 24 hour reception anyway. Small room but perfectly acceptable for us, very high ceilings with character. The shutters gave complete darkness at night and early morning. Lovely place to stay.

Located near the beautiful beach and amazing Santa Barbara Castle. Very walkable and convenient.

Lovely, friendly staff at the front desk and great decor throughtout the hotel. The room and hallway were dark and did have a couple of issues with getting the keycard to activate the lights once inside the room. However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast had a great selection. The rooftop terrace was a nice experience at night too. Would defintely come back.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfy and the view looking out on to the square was lovely. The views from the rooftop bar were also great, however, it was closed when we went to get a drink. The great thing about this hotel is its location, perfect for the beach and exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too, they booked a taxi for us for our early morning return to the airport so we didn’t need to worry. We would 100% stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
