Værelset indrettet som sovesal, køkkenet fungerede ikke, og badeværelset var farligt pga. dårlige indretning

Clean room. Very spacious with good beds, large tv with plenty of channels. Really good bathroom. Excellent location but surprisingly quiet. Minor disappointment was the hefty deposit per person - although possibly/maybe understandable. Door security by code - just make sure you have your goggles & not the beer kind. Overall - a really good experience.

Amazing property, in the heart of Liverpool, so close for the shops , eating, bars and sight seeing. The hotel was spotless and staffwere so welcoming and helpful. I cannot wait for our next stay 😊

Fantastic location, 5 minutes from Lime street station and right on Matthew street

Nice cosy room, but the floorboards was a bit creaky which was probably more annoying for the people downstairs.

Mannen i respesjonen var alt annen enn vennllig og imøtekommende. Han løftet ikke blikket fra pc-skjernen for å ønske gjester velkommen eller si hei når gjester ankom. Hotellrommet var i god størrelse, men badet var skittent og med skjeggkre og rommet hadde gulv til gulvteppe som var fullt av støv. Det samme var vinduskarmer og bord. Madrassene på begge sengene var steinharde og med fjører som føltes skulle slå seg gjennom kroppen. Endte med å sove på sovesofaen. Fryktelig lytt fra naboerommet. Så MYE støy. Selv vaskepersonellet skrudde opp musikk på full guffe og holdt det gående i halvannen time fra kl 11 på formiddagen. Jeg dro til Liverpool for å se 2 kamper og skrive ferdig eksamen. Endte med å fly hjem 3 dager tidligere da det var helt umulig å få noe som helst arbeidsro noen tid på døgnet.

The place looked good, the guy at reception was friendly, all looked good…. …until the guests in the room next door got in at 1am. 2 lads jabbered away until 6am. The walls must be paper thin as I could hear every word, as if they were in my room!?

Room 11 smelt a little - dusty/old moldy smell Bathroom layout was not set out right - climbing over into the second bath.

Perfect location, great value and clean

Too many things to complain about here. I don't feel the staff was well trained here. Sometimes, there was nobody at the front desk when you needed something. This boutique hotel looks like it was previously a spa of some sort as the room configurations and bathrooms appear to look like it. No refrigerators nor phones in the room (to call front desk). The elevator was out during our stay so we always had to use the stairway (both nights). The rooms were dusty and not clean at all. The walls are very thin as I could hear the couple next door getting busy all night and I had my 9 year old with us (it was very loud). The doors use a combination and not room key so it was inconvenient to alway slook up the keypad code to enter (it was a long 8 or 9 digit code..not something simple). One of our beds was broken and sagging significantly in the middle (mabe a very active previous couple in there?). The room had no light at the front entrance when you enter so it was very dark and the closet is located there, so I had to use my phone's light to look in the closet...why not light? There was no hairdryer provided with no outlets in the bathroom. No USB outlets in the rooms. There was a used tea cup and spoon in the room and I guess housekeeping didn't catch that, which iwas odd.

Nice and friendly staff. Very central location, but very noisy both from the streets and between the rooms. Hard beds, not very clean. Missed a small fridge

Close to shops and bus station

Skitten leilighet ved ankomst. Gav beskjed og endte med å få ei bøtte og en mopp for å vaske leiligheten selv. Ingen renhold fra personalet i løpet av ett 7 dagers opphold. Gamle utslitte senger, dyner og puter. Ingen mulighet til tilførsel av frisk luft. Ingen luftemuligheter eller fungerende ventilasjonsanlegg. Kun en dårlig vifte på badet. Stor og sentral leilighet, men det var det eneste det som var positivt.

Väldigt bra läge mitt i centrala Liverpool. Bra sängar. Perfekt ställe att bo på om man inte tänker tillbringa Långa stunder på hotellrummet.
