I didn’t feel the room was very clean. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so there was no where to do my hair in front of a mirror and we had a wedding to go to. The location wasn’t bad but the food at the hotel was way overpriced even by American standards. I did like the valet parking but I dont know where I would have parked anyway if it wasn’t for the valet, so not Really Much of an option anyway. the staff were pretty nice. The gym was decent. The location was alright. It had cool vibes and looked neat

Hotel muy lindo, buenas instalaciones y todo muy limpio. El restaurante tiene buena comida. La atención de todo el staff fue muy buena. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Hotel colonial, la habitación que se nos asignó había que subir un tramo por escaleras (cargar maleta), en restaurante los alimentos regular, pedimos un pan francés casi al terminar nuestro desayuno, esperamos más de 30 min y no llegaba, tuvimos que cancelarlo, no regresaría a hospedarme en este lugar

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, lo único que no me gustó es que al momento de llegar nadie nos recibió para las maletas o el vehiculo

Nuestra estancia fue agradable, la habitación muy bonita y limpia, en general el complejo luce mucho mejor de lo que se puede apreciar por fuera, el estacionamiento es un tanto pequeño pero encontramos lugar, en general considero que es excelente por el precio que pagamos.

Love Hotel Indigo Expo in the Chapalita Area of Guadalajara! We are repeat visitors on stay cation when we come to the city. We love the restored hotel for its unique beauty, friendly professional service, spacious elegant and comfy rooms, rooftop bar, and convenience to many cafes and restaurants. Its a central location. We will definitely return!

La estancia en general fue buena! El personal amable y la limpieza y comodidad excelente! Pedimos servicio a la habitación y la variedad del menú es buena y el sabor de los platillos fue bueno! Lo único es que el tamaño de la habitación es exacto para lo que necesita. Pero para estancias cortas, es perfecto.

The hotel is out of the area I asked. 1/2 an hour driving from where I wanted to be. The room is really small and it is in an area that you canot walk because it is in the middle of a highway

Lindo hotel, habitaciones comodas y zona centrica. El bar con terraza es muy recomendable, prueben el mezcal agua maldita!

The exterior is plain, but I was surprised to find that the interior has been beautifully renovated.
