The staff are super accommodating and lovely, all the food served, dinner, breakfast and the packed lunches are yum as. Room and bed were spacious and comfy. Highly recommend to anyone doing gorilla trekking at Buhoma.

Property was booked out on arrival although confirmation of booking was sent by expedia. Weak support by lounge staff finding alternate accommodation. Overall inacceptable.
