Lovely clean room massive bed bathroom spotless lovely staff and welcoming air conditioning needed attention

Great location and very comfortable. The carpark is small but there is a big public carpark at the end of Beach road which is actually cheaper overnight. Will definitely stay again

Very clean and modern

Great hotel in the perfect location. Nicely decorated, room was fantastic with a huge bed. Bathroom flooded if we didn’t roll up towels, the shower screen was outside of the grating to catch the water!! Breakfast on the last day was disappointing, no muesli or yoghurt. I asked for both and was told they had none. Ten minutes later some guests were brought yoghurts?? I decided to have a pastry but they had all gone too. The car park spaces are really quite small but we did manage. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Once we got to the hotel (road closed so couldn't use the hotel carpark so a bit of a nightmare!) we found the staff very helpful, our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The only negative were the pillows, it would have been nice to have a choice of different 'plumpness'! We found them a bit too hard so didn't have the best sleep

Firstly, £15 a day for the privilege of parking at the hotel and it’s on a first come first serve basis, is more the norm now bits it’s appalling, if you go out your not guaranteed your spot once returned. Tv didn’t work until I asked twice for it to be sorted and the fridge didn’t work and didn’t get sorted. However, it’s a lovely new/clean and well designed hotel. Comfy bed, lovely on suite and a great location for Paignton and close by Torquay. Overall we would go again!

Fantastic hotel well located for the beach and shops

Clean room and good breakfast. Side view of hotel so outlook poor. Need to pay more for a sea view. Problem with the evening meal on one night. Chaos. Not enough staff. meal came out in haphazard way and needed to order severl times. Food good when it arrived and the discounted the meal because of the problem. I asked to speak to the manager but he/ she never bothered to call. Not pleased. Shows what the management think of the customers.

Great hotel and location!!

The hotel itself was lovely however for someone with chest problems the heating being on constantly didn’t help with the breathing and the beds were really uncomfortable

The room was very clean and very well maintained. Plenty of hot water and the bed was enormous. Breakfast was nice and abundant

We loved our stay. Great location, family (and dog) friendly. Clean, spacious bedrooms with a lovely reception/bar area.

Modern hotel that's ideal with you have a pet. Their Pet-friendly policy is one of the best I have seen

Im blue badge holder and was asked to pay £15 a night asked staff to cha ge our bedding just turned it round came back with body rash

Hotel itself very good. Parking a bit hit & miss. Breakfast good, but no teaspoons anywhere. Reception staff kept overcharging for breakfast, guests need to watch out for this.

Rooms were clean on arrival, staff friendly but room wasn't made up on day 2 whuch was disappointing
