Floor was not clean, checkin process is not friendly

Nice hotel with a good rooftop pool and large rooms, staff were great!

I was given a smoking room it made me very uncomfortable

One day they collected bathing towel and floor matt but did not replenish. Another day they totally did not make up the room till later afternoon until I called. During check out after paying the meal cost, the reception staff just carry on doing his own thing and did not inform me that the process was completed until I asked. Hotel staffs need re-training.

It’s a very good property. Well mannered staff and very cooperative. But limited Menu for breakfast. Room Services are OK type.

The hotel boasts huge, impeccably clean rooms, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. There is a mall right outside the property for convenient shopping. However, being in a bustling area, there was a bit of traffic, which might be a concern for some. Overall, recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

This is a modern looking property, with excellent lighting in the room and all around. Looks bright and new and nice. The staff was professional and courteous. The food was very good. The property is located close to Jayanagar and JP Nagar eateries and cafes. Great experience.

Good location close to IIMB university. Good staff , but the price to stay 8 hours more at the room was too high (half the price of the day ..) Very good breakfast buffet. Not very clean outside of the hotel .. Average ratio price quality overall

Comfortable stay. Room was quiet and spacious. I was surprised to see complimentary cookies, water and snacks. Located in the same complex as Vega mall but I wish there was direct connection from hotel to the shopping mall

new property. clean rooms . convenient location - close to a mall and easy to get transportation . House keeping staff need training in cleaning rooms. Bell boy was not available to bring luggage to room and reception staff had to bring luggage after 15 - 20 minutes. Helpful and friendly reception staff.

Convenient location

Greenpark is an unbelievably beautiful clean spacious hotel nestled on Banmerghatta Road. The staff service food quality were all excellent and beyond expectations. Front office staff Jatin was exemplary while Muskan provided services with a smile; F&B division were wonderful and took care of us in our very long stay and we are thankful to all; with a special mention to Anuron Priya and crew. Management and senior staff were always in touch for any extra care required. We are ever thankful and grateful for this experience

Unfortunately the flimsy shower holder fell off and scared my daughter

Excellent staff and service. Modern amenities close to all new restaurants in JP nagar. Prominent location and also has a restaurant that serves delicious food. Overall an updated property.

Good stay

Hotel was clean and service/staff were professional and helpful. You never know what you get when you book a 4 star in india but this was worth the money. There is a slum area infront of the hotel, behind the fence/wall that you can see from rooftop and possibly from your hotelroom. You dont have to walk past it to enter/leave the hotel if you dont like to. There is shopping mall just behind the hotel.
