Staff service needs to be improved and the hotel needs to be a little more flexible.

Good hotel getting a bit old but clean

WiFi connection was not working.. use name and passwords were not matching.

Property is centrally located. Food quality is terrible. Overall not great value for money. Travel desk is unprofessional. Mr. Anil quotes one rate and at the end of the trip jacks it up saying he had quoted original package ‘by mistake’

Very clean and restaurant is downstairs

Every thing is good but they are keep local mineral water bottles .

Ingress & egress to the property was difficult as the parking entrance was blocked by other users of the hotel building.

Very reasonable price. Right underneath is a restaurant that is open until 11 PM. Next door breakfast opens at 6:00 am

Your illogical building design and your untrained and egoistic staff is the cause for this. In spite of us being logical and courteous to you and your guests, you chose the path of harrassment and threat. Not expected in the land of Venkateshwara.

Clean and good food options

Had to call the front desk multiple times to get the Television fixed. It took two days to fix the issue. Called the front desk around 8:30PM and the technician showed up around 10:45 PM, few calls and direct complaint at the front desk later. Facility was non smoking but the moment I entered the room, it felt very much like someone smoked inside the room. It took nearly 2 hours to the front desk team to send housekeeping to deodorize the room.

Its a decent place to stay. Faced few hiccups the check in day (A/C didn't work in the room & Bed sheets not clean). Staff is very humble, friendly and attentive. Thanks to Sateesh, Koteshwar Rao & Penchal for making for stay comfortable.

Very good well maintained & clean property to stay for a family visiting tirupati temple, specially Adyar Ananda Bhavan in same building with various vegetarian foods✨

Room is spacious and clean bathroom.AC working fine. Complementary Breakfast was ok. Worth for the price we paid. Overall a good option at tirupathi.

It looks New, clean, comfy beds, spacious rooms and cupboards, only suggestion is close the bathing area with either curtains or glasses so as the entire bathroom get wet which spills over outside the bathroom as well.
